FANCY Yacht Description
-
E-Foil:
The hottest water toy for guests to glide above waves and create unforgettable fun on the water. -
Zodiac Yachtline 490 Tender (90hp):
Fast and nimble tender perfect for island exploration, beach hopping, and quick water access. -
Expansive 11m² Swim Platform:
Large, easy-access platform ideal for swimming, launching toys, and socializing by the sea.
Core system upgrade first: FANCY is a 2023 Swan 108 with a full carbon hull, carbon rig, telescopic keel and twin rudders. Translation: this is Nautor’s latest weaponised cruiser‑racer, built to actually sail fast while staying level enough that your espresso survives the tack.
This is not a floating condo. If you want real sailing with real comfort, this is the crossover point: a German Frers hull, North Sails 3Di wardrobe and a proper central cockpit that works underway, not just at anchor. You get race‑bred performance with the stability and control that make family charters and “non‑sailor” guests completely workable.
Guest set‑up is simple and efficient: up to 9 guests in 4 cabins (master, VIP and two doubles, one with Pullman). It’s a 108‑footer built in 2023, so you’re getting modern quiet AC, fresh electrics and a layout that was designed from day one for charter, not retrofitted later.
Actual living space, not just brochure space: the big-ticket hardware outside is the oversized swim platform (about 11 m²) that turns into your beach club and toy-launch pad, plus a large sunbathing and dining zone around the central cockpit. Inside, you get a bright saloon, a separate lounge for movies/board games and a dedicated dining area, so everyone isn’t stacked around one table all week.
Connectivity and toys are handled: Starlink high-speed Wi‑Fi, Apple TV / Airplay video space, serious indoor/outdoor sound system, plus a Zodiac Yachtline 490 tender, e‑foil, wakeboard, windsurfer, towables, SUPs, snorkelling and light fishing gear. In other words, enough toys to keep the “we don’t sit still” faction occupied while everyone else pretends to read.
Service layer matters: a 5‑person, performance‑sailing crew and a French gourmet chef. So you get proper sail handling when the breeze is up, and you still sit down to restaurant‑level food tailored around dietary needs, not “chef’s day off” buffet experiments.
Why charter FANCY instead of another new 30‑something‑metre: because this is one of the newest Swan performance yachts on the market, with carbon tech and a charter‑optimised layout. You’re buying fast, efficient sailing plus a real beach‑club stern and strong soft-product (crew, food, connectivity) in one clean, modern package.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailboat like FANCY, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€17,250 - €34,500), making the charter cost €132,250 to €149,500. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
