No APA. No Surprises.
Nearly every Greek yacht charter is sold plus expenses: a base rate, then fuel, food, drinks and VAT added on top through an APA.
APA usually runs 25% to 40% of the base rate, which means you don’t know the exact cost until your trip is over.
So we built the only curated collection of genuinely all-inclusive yachts in Greece. Negotiated directly with owners and crews. One price covers the yacht, crew, fuel, meals, drinks and VAT.
No APA. No surprises.
Whats Included?

- Meals – half or full board, depending on yacht

All in yachts with broker reviews
What are the limitations of an all-inclusive yacht charter in Greece?
All-inclusive predictability comes with a few boundaries. These charters are priced as a pre-built package, which means you get total cost clarity — but you can’t treat it like an unlimited, anything-goes tab (no “hot tub full of Moët” energy). The upside: no APA, no surprises, no end-of-trip reconciliation.
- Fewer yachts to choose from
Very few yachts in Greece offer genuine all-inclusive terms, so your shortlist is a lot shorter than on a standard plus-expenses charter. We negotiate new ones as we go, and more clients ask for them every season. - Pre-set itinerary (fuel + positioning control)
The price is tied to a specific route and cruising profile so fuel use stays predictable. It also avoids delivery/relocation fees that would apply if the yacht has to reposition to a different start/end point or cruise far outside the included area. - Food is “package-based” (not unlimited à la carte)
Menus are planned around a standard provisioning model. It’s still customizable for preferences and dietary needs, but it’s not “wagyu and lobster every night” unless you upgrade. Some yachts are full board, others half board — which can be a feature if you want to mix in tavernas ashore. - Alcohol is usually capped or tiered
Many packages include local wine/beer and basics, sometimes a limited selection of spirits. Premium brands, champagne, and heavy bar requests are typically extra. Some yachts exclude alcohol entirely and price it separately. - Extras (outside the package)
All-inclusive covers what’s defined in the package. Anything beyond that is quoted separately in advance.
Why charter with us?

- Fixed total price – no APA, no end-of-trip reconciliation
- Curated, rare yacht deals — not standard listings
- Owner-negotiated all-inclusive contracts — not “estimated expenses”
- Local Athens brokers with direct owner/crew relationships
- Transparent boundaries + pre-priced upgrades (approved in advance)
What our clients say.
William was amazing and professional!
William was wonderful! We booked a charter for our adult kids for a week in the BVI's. He matched us with the perfect Cat and was extremely attentive and professional through the process. I highly recommend DMA as well as William! Thank you, and I will definitely use you for our next trip!

I wish I could give it more than five stars. Our entire family agrees our eight days in the Exumas was our best vacation ever. Every aspect of the trip was INCREDIBLE. From the start, working with John Boullin the broker at DMA was a fantastic experience, he was super responsive and knowledgable finding us the perfect boat for our family of four (two teenage boys). We cannot recommend DMA, Earnout, John, Ashley and Bill highly enough!
