Crete Agistri Island is a little neighbor to Aegina, lacking in tourist attractions, but making up for it with beautiful nature and great beaches. The island is especially popular among nature lovers who like to explore traditional villages and swim in clear waters. As you walk around, you will enjoy the abundance of pine and olive trees and pick wildflowers.
The capital of the island of Agistri is Megalohori, while the most popular holiday resort is Skala. Halikiada, located near Skala, Dragonera and Aponissos, on the western side of the island, are the best beaches of Agistri. Many coves featuring verdant greenery are also everywhere around.
