What €30,000/Week Gets You in Greece

Under €30,000 a week is the entry point to a proper crewed week in Greece: a 54 to 65 foot catamaran with four or five cabins for 8 to 10 guests, a captain, a chef and a stew, or a 75 foot motor yacht from the 2010s for eight. It is the tier where the boats are newest for the money, because most of the fleet here is catamarans built since 2022. For the full price picture, see our guide to Greece yacht charter prices.

The “from” rate is the low-season rate, but at this tier the July and August jump is modest: €4,000 to €8,500 a week on the yachts below, and four of the five still land at or under €31,000 in peak season. Then APA for fuel, food and marina fees (25 to 40 percent of the charter fee) and VAT, unless the yacht is all-inclusive. One on this list is.

Five we would put you on at this price

HYDRUS, Lagoon 55 sailing catamaran, 2023. From €22,500, €31,000 in July and August. Ten guests in four doubles and a twin that converts, all en suite. On our most-booked list for Greece, and the model most groups of ten end up on at this price. Departs Lavrion, 40 minutes from the airport.

TiAmo, Aquila 54 power catamaran, 2022. From €21,000, €28,000 in July and August. Eight guests in a full-beam king master and three queen cabins. A power cat at this price is rare, and she is on both our power-catamaran list and our most-booked list. Lavrion.

Pearly Gates, Lagoon 620 sailing catamaran, 2016. From €22,000, €30,000 in July and August. Eight guests in four queen cabins, the master running the full length of one hull. The most space per guest on this page, and the operator also offers an all-inclusive package on request. Lavrion.

VALINOR, Lagoon 54 power catamaran, 2023. From €26,500, €30,500 in July and August, and those are all-inclusive figures: fuel, food, drinks and marina fees are in the price, so there is no APA on top. Ten guests in four queen cabins and a twin that converts. On a like-for-like week she is the least expensive yacht here once expenses are counted. Athens.

GRACE XI, Sunseeker 76 motor yacht, 2014, refit 2025. From €30,000, €34,000 in July and August. Eight guests in two king suites and two twins. This is what €30,000 buys on a motor yacht: a recent refit, a flybridge, and a bigger crew than the catamarans. Athens.

What the next €10,000 buys

Moving to the under €40k page buys a cabin and a size: 65 to 70 foot catamarans for ten, or 85 to 90 foot motor yachts for ten to twelve. If your group is eight, the boats above are hard to beat on age. If you are ten and want a proper master cabin, €40,000 is where that starts.

A jacuzzi is rare at this tier, most yachts under €30,000 a week do not have one, and a jetski is a coin flip, so ask before booking if water toys matter.
