>> Everything from water toys, SUPs, kayaks, and tubes, and jet skis, and everything. Plenty of space.

>> Okay, here we are at the outside dining area with a very big table. This boat can have maximum eight guests. The arrangement is with three double cabins and one master cabin. It was to see how it is inside with the master cabin. And usually we start at the boat, we sail from Athens, but we can do it also, we can start in any other island that Cyclades. This is the area that mostly we sail. I would mention also something we have discussed a little bit that this little bit between Athens and and uh, close to Lavrio, about 10 minutes by car, is the temple of Poseidon. It's a unique place, great view. It's worth to visit, of course. And Lavrio is very close to the airport. It's about 10, it's about 30 minutes from the airport. So it's a, it's a port, it's a place that it's nice to start visiting Cyclades. We are very close to the Western Cyclades. Imagine that we need about two and a half hours, maximum three hours to reach Kea. And then we have uh, Serifos and Sifnos. And at the end south, it's a triangle with three very, very beautiful islands. Is Kimolos, Polyaigos and Milos.
>> Please mention one thing about at least some of the islands because they might be just names.
>> For example, let's say, let's say at Polyaigos there is a spot with perfect, perfect blue waters. It depends the weather, but at the south, south side of Milos, we have a lot of caves. It's uh, it's unique. If, if you will be there, the name is Kleftiko. If you search it and see some photos, you will understand that they are world famous. It is perfect if we have good weather to stay for the night there. I prefer staying there than going to the main port of Milos.
>> I can imagine. Yes, yeah. You wake up in the morning, you can jump in the water, there's a blue water, maybe take a paddle board or uh, go to the caves. Absolutely amazing. Everything, everything is perfect there. So we have from Lavrio, we have a lot of options depending which islands we want to see. We can skip the Western Cyclades, but we need to do bigger, longer distances. The idea is not too much, but for for one week, I prefer that route.
>> Wonderful, wonderful. Let's see the rest of the boat. We've discussed it before and I'll mention it again. Majority of people have one place that's Santorini that they want to get to, but it's such a shame because there are so many places that especially in the main season are just better, better for family, better to get in, get out, more relaxed, tranquil. Yeah. And especially the caves of Milos are a great example of that and many other locations. And as charter captains, you know these spots very well that the charter boats, the the bare boats don't go to. So you can really pick that spot if you are giving that trust or to to do so.
>> I need the trust of the guests.
>> Absolutely. I need that. Well, and you have it because at the end of the day, the weather uh, determines the weather, but we know all these secret places, let's say. But okay, inside now.

>> Wonderful setup and I must say that the boat is very generous with space. Even the the the table set out like for eight guests is more than enough. Easy to get in, easy to get out, which is often a problem on catamarans. And we've seen the salon and let's start with uh, just it's and this is the master cabin. And it's very spacious. Interesting entrance from the bow. So the bathroom, very generous master. Um, let's go from the other side. I will follow at the galley. We will see the chef. I don't know, something is preparing now. It's a very important part of the charter to have a great chef. Come inside, come inside. This is Leo, our chef. Hello. Nice to meet you.

>> I'm making a miso vinaigrette actually.
>> Oh, nice. It's gonna go well.

>> Would that, would you say that's your specialty?
>> I know actually I got some loans of specials.
>> Can you appetize me into some other meal?
>> Other meal? Yes. Vegetarian. You feel like this is, this is my signature dish.
>> Signature dish? Yes, I can say signature cuisine actually. So my signature cuisine, it's like a Peruvian infused Japanese style cuisine.
>> I'm hearing the mix of vinaigrette. All right. Wonderful. But of course, very good, very good, very good cuisine as well because this is our roots actually. So I mean, I would say it's one of the most underestimated uh, cuisines in the world. It's like well-known and you can see Greek restaurants all around, but for some reason the French or Italian are kind of sometimes perceived as more and I think that's a great injustice because if I can figure out a quick degree, that's true. All right, we'll go. We have some noise going on. And and this would be the VIP, I imagine. Hmm. It's an interesting layout. It's an interesting layout. We have two similar cabins, two double beds at the back side of the boat. And the entrance is so from the outside, that's great. Like everybody has his privacy. This is one of the most private layouts of where do you want to start here? On the starboard, it's about the same.

>> All right. And now we can go up to the flybridge. Where is my, my helm station, my, my position. Not always favorite, favorite spot. You can imagine for a captain. So here we are. We have nice sunbeds at the back. Plenty of sunbeds. See, we have some solar panels. Great for the green effort that's been really uh, dominating the industry the last couple of years.
>> Yes, our weather is changing and uh, we get everything is changing. All the boats are getting more eco-friendly.
>> Oh, we need to like, we're dependent on this and uh, there's more windy days, there is more uh, bigger storms. So it really like to charter our boat now is the time because it's not going to get better, right?
>> That's why I'm, I was always working on sailing boats, not motorboats. So you understand we have everything here and you can, you can pretty much, can you sail her on your own?
>> No, not on my own. And I need at least one hand with me. At at least one, a man with the clothes. Once around, sometimes you lower the sail, you need someone because it's not safe.
>> I was wondering if it's possible like from here.
>> It's possible, but not advisable. It's, it's safer if you have someone absolutely here with you as a fellow sailor, right?
>> Totally. I am also a sailing instructor here in Greece. I worked, I work in this job from 1995. And since, since 1997, I was, I started as a sailing instructor also. So you know how to sail the boat well and get decent speeds and everything and maybe a little regatta with some boats around.
>> If I find a similar boat, we can do it. Otherwise it's speed difference. Yes. So do we want to finish at the uh, we can go.

>> Massive trampolines. Room. So I can imagine that would be where the guests spend most of their time. We can have laying around in a beanbag in the jacuzzi, the kids jumping on a trampoline. I can picture that.
>> Yes, we can have here uh, seawater if we want at the jacuzzi or fresh water, cold or warm. Temperature maximum 40 degrees. That's plenty of the warm uh, water. I just need maximum one and a half, let's say two hours to prepare jacuzzi and everything will be yeah, perfect. So anchor. Perfect. Ideal idea. What a wonderful vacation aboard AETHER.
