CAPTAIN
Minas Patriotis

With an enduring passion for the sea, Captain Minas brings over 36
years of experience in the nautical industry, including extensive
offshore navigation experience in the Atlantic Ocean and the Canary
Islands apart from Greece.
He holds multiple certifications, including Master on Yachts, Safety
Certificates, and recognized 500 GT licensing (Panama and Liberia
endorsements). His career spans more than 20 years on motor
yachts, where he has developed strong leadership and seamanship
skills across a wide range of vessels and operations.
Captain Minas is a highly communicative and solution-oriented
professional with a strong “can-do” attitude. He is fully committed to
understanding and fulfilling guests’ expectations, ensuring an
exceptional onboard experience while always placing the highest
priority on safety.
A charismatic and experienced host, he is trusted with guests of all
nationalities and ages, from families and younger guests to more
mature clientele. His calm presence, professionalism, and extensive
maritime expertise create a secure and welcoming environment
onboard.

COOK - STEWARDESS
Dimitra Marinou
Languages: Greek, English.

Dimitra has a deep love for the sea, health, and fitness. Before
transitioning into the yachting industry, she gained valuable
experience in customer service roles as well as working as a Personal
Trainer, developing a strong client-oriented mindset and a passion for
wellbeing.
She is the Stewardess and Cook, consistently demonstrating high
standards of service, adaptability, and professionalism on board. She
takes pride in creating a welcoming and well-organized environment
for guests, while also delivering quality meals with care and attention
to detail.
She is a strong team player with excellent collaboration skills, known
for her: Responsibility and reliability, Positive and proactive attitude,
Strong sense of professionalism.
Dimitra thrives in dynamic environments, embracing every
opportunity to explore new destinations and cultures while ensuring
guests experience comfort, quality, and warm hospitality on board.

DECKHAND
Leonidas Kateros
Leonidas is a highly motivated and reliable deckhand with 6 years of
experience in the yachting industry, combining strong work ethics with a
genuine passion for life at sea. He is known for his positive attitude,
team spirit, and willingness to assist wherever needed, contributing to a
smooth and efficient onboard operation.
He began his yachting career in 2020 aboard M/Y Giulietta and later
expanded his experience with Peak Sails, continuously developing his
skills and dedication to the maritime environment.
Leonidas takes great pride in the upkeep and maintenance of the
vessel, including the management and care of all water toys and
watersports equipment. He also brings valuable mechanical
knowledge, making him a versatile and dependable crew member for
technical and deck operations.
In addition to his deckhand duties, Leonidas is also a qualified chef,
capable of supporting galley operations when required, further
enhancing his value onboard.
He is highly guest-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and a
natural ability to engage positively with clients, always ensuring guests
onboard M/Y Lady L have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
