Sundeck built for afternoons. TREEHOUSE is a 59.1m (194ft) Oceanco motor yacht (built 2001, refit 2023) that leans hard into outdoor living, led by a remodelled 100ft sundeck with an oversized deck Jacuzzi, a bar, and space to lounge without playing deck-chair Tetris.
Water access, sorted. There is a proper beach club for easy swim days and faster turnarounds between sunbathing and getting back in the sea. Simple. Effective.
Toys that actually get used. Expect a water slide, Jet Skis, Seabobs, a Flyboard, wakeboards, waterskis, paddleboards, and scuba diving equipment with a dive compressor, plus three tenders including a 27ft/8.5m Intrepid for smooth transfers and toy logistics.
Comfort for 12. TREEHOUSE sleeps 12 guests across 6 suites, with a main-deck primary suite plus four doubles and a twin, and she rounds things out with a gym, movie theatre setup, games console, and air conditioning for when you want the fun, not the humidity.
