Tri-deck, built to host. MAXIMILIAN MMIV is a 45m (148ft) Sunrise Yachts motor yacht, built in 2009 and fully refit in 2024, with a tri-deck layout that keeps indoor and outdoor living in easy rotation. She sleeps 11 guests in five cabins, so bigger groups can stay together without playing musical chairs.
Sundeck that earns it. The deck Jacuzzi is the obvious magnet, backed up by proper lounging space and an outdoor bar. Quick reset. Then back to whatever the day is doing.
Water time, upgraded. There is a full inflatable aqua park plus a serious toy list for mixed-energy groups: Jet-Skis, Seabob F5SRs, Fliteboard E-Foils, wakeboard, waterskis, towables, paddleboards, and a floating pool. The swim platform keeps it all practical, not chaotic.
Master suite with logic. The full-beam, main-deck master comes with a dressing room and his-and-her en suite, while the remaining cabins are two VIP queens and two twins (one with a Pullman). Stabilisers at anchor and underway help keep the boat calm when the itinerary is not.
