Start with the core hack: WIND OF CHANGE is not a floating villa with a mast welded on. She’s a 95ft Ron Holland-designed sailing yacht built in steel, tuned for real passage-making and refit as recently as 2018 so you get classic lines without vintage maintenance issues.
Owned by sailors, not interior decorators. She’s set up for people who actually want to sail: proper sloop rig, honest 9–13 knot performance, big open cockpit and deck space where you feel the boat move rather than just see it on Instagram. If your idea of fun is trimming sails, not waiting for the jetski queue, this is the right universe.
Inside, it’s “classic yacht” without the museum plumbing. Up to 6 guests sleep in 3 ensuite cabins (master, VIP, twin) with full air‑conditioning. The 2018 refit swapped every indoor and outdoor fabric to Ralph Lauren, restored all the wooden floors and refreshed linens and tableware. Translation: warm wood and proper joinery, but your stuff charges, the AC works and nothing smells of 1988.
Sail hard, then flip into “floating beach club” mode. Once the sails are down, you’ve got a full toy list for a yacht this size: water‑skis, wakeboard, SUPs, towables, snorkelling kit and a fast tender to shuttle you to shore or set up a beach BBQ with umbrella and gear. The audio system is serious too – inside and out, phone‑plug friendly, plus a PlayStation and movie library when the sun finally loses the argument.
The real cheat code is the crew. A 4‑person professional team, led by an experienced charter captain, runs a tight, service‑focused operation: smart routing for real sailing, a chef with modern restaurant background, and crew who actually enjoy getting you in and out of the toys all day. You’re not just renting a hull; you’re effectively outsourcing the entire “perfect sailing holiday” problem set.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailboat like WIND OF CHANGE, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€3,600 - €7,200), making the charter cost €27,600 to €31,200. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
