Start with the main feature upgrade your villa doesn’t have: VISTA is an 85ft Princess Y85 (delivered 2020) built around a hard‑top flybridge that actually works as your outdoor living room: open‑roof, full dining area, wet bar, and a big aft sunpad wired straight into the view. If your plan is “eat outside, stay outside, only go inside to sleep,” this platform is engineered for that.
Sleep spec, not guesswork: VISTA sleeps 8 guests in 4 en‑suite cabins – a full‑beam master with walk‑in wardrobe and lounge/desk area, a proper VIP forward, plus one double and one twin that converts to a double when your group politics change mid‑week. Headroom, storage and bathrooms are all sized for adults, not teenagers on a school trip.
Designed to be used, not just photographed: stabilisers keep things level underway and at anchor; a hydraulic swim platform turns into your private beach; NAIM sound system with Focal speakers and smart TVs in all cabins handle the “we’re staying in tonight” scenario. The galley can switch from open to closed at the touch of a button, so you choose whether charter life is “show kitchen” or “hotel‑style invisible service.”
Water time = actual toys, not just a ladder: off the stern you get a Williams 435 SportJet tender, 2 Seabobs, SUPs, towable tubes, adult skis, wake/wave‑board and snorkelling kit. Translation: you’re not sitting on a beautiful platform watching other people have fun.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like VISTA, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€13,750 - €22,000), making the charter cost €68,750 to €77,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
