TAKA is a 98ft refit-classic that’s been run by (almost) the same brains and hands for nearly two decades – which is why things on board actually work the way they’re supposed to.
This is a yacht for people who care more about execution than glitter. You get a captain with 30+ years’ experience and a chief engineer who has lived with TAKA since 2007, meaning the boat is operated by people who know every bolt, fuse and squeak. Add a long-term deckhand who actually enjoys running the toys, and a formally trained chef comfortable with European, Mexican and Peruvian cuisine, and you get a charter that runs like a well-tested system, not a beta release.
TAKA sleeps up to **9 guests in 4 ensuite cabins** (master, two twins with Pullmans, and a single), which makes it efficient for families, two-couple-plus-kids setups, or small groups who want privacy without wasting space. Full air conditioning, stabilized comfort at anchor, and solid onboard Wi‑Fi and AV mean downtime is controlled and predictable, not “hope the signal holds.”
The toys list is built for actual use, not brochure padding: a RIB tender, second dinghy, SUP, 2‑person kayak, multiple towables (tube, banana, JOBE), plus adult and kids’ water skis, with a crew that’s certified, licensed and used to running this playbook season after season. If your ideal charter is less about Instagram chandeliers and more about reliable operations, capable crew, and a classic yacht refit in 2022 to keep everything current, **TAKA** is the quietly smart choice.
Accommodation
m/y TAKA comfortably accommodates up to nine (9) guests in four well-appointed cabins. The main deck features a spacious Master Cabin and a Single Cabin, both with ensuite facilities, along with a day head that includes a shower and can serve as a secondary bathroom for the Master. The lower deck offers two Twin Cabins, each with a Pullman berth and private ensuite. Accessibility is a key highlight, with an extra-large gangway and a chair lift to the sundeck, making the yacht particularly well-suited for guests with reduced mobility. For added convenience, there is also a day head on the sundeck (no shower). What is the cabin arrangement of TAKA?

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like TAKA, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€8,875 - €14,200), making the charter cost €44,375 to €49,700. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
