Presented by DMA Yachting, the majestic charter yacht OCEANUS is a 70 ft sailing catamaran featuring a hot tub. OCEANUS spends the winter season in Greece. She was completed by recognized shipbuilder Fontaine Pajot in 2022. The spacious yacht layout features 5 large cabins and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
OCEANUS is offered primarily as a sailing catamaran. The the core layout is spread out from the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck is generous, with a prominent dining and seating area and that's where most of the delicious meals are served. The fascinating cabins are connected by stairs to the main saloon - roomy, comfortable and pleasant. The cabins offer designer mattrace beds and feature ensuite bathrooms. Multiple portholes provide a connection with the natural world outside.
The sailboat features 2 Engines VOLVO D3 150HP 2x Onan generators Fuel tank capacity 317 gal 1200 liters engines and a generator.

Captain: James Brown
Captain James Brown:
Cumbrian born James, found a love for the water during his teenage years. He sailed from Liverpool to Norway at the age of 16; this opportunity turned into a passion for James, where he began working as crew on an Atlantic crossing and teaching kids on a voluntary basis on a 72ft ex round the world racer. He then moved to Greece to teach sailing on smaller yachts, where he met Isabella and decided to take a role as a captain alongside her in the Caribbean islands in 2017. He cruised St. Martin, Anguilla, St Parts, St Vincent & the Grenadines, BVI’s and the Bahamas.
James holds his PADI Assistant Dive Instructor and shares a love for the ocean with his partner Isabella.
James’ Hobbies include: Wakeboarding, Diving & hiking, as well as baking all kinds of sweet treats in the galley.
Chef Isabella Brown:
Isabella hails from the Isle of Wight, a historic yachting hub. She found a love for all things watersports from a very early age and alongside that, was taught everything in the culinary arts by her father, who had been a chef at her age. She worked in high end private chalets in the French Alps, taught watersports to kids in Kos, Paddleboarding and SUP Yoga to guests in Syvota, before meeting James and taking on a crew couple role in the Caribbean Islands in 2017. She has cruised St. Martin, Anguilla, St Parts, St Vincent & the Grenadines, BVI’s and the Bahamas.
Isabella holds her PADI Rescue Diver and has a keen eye for photography. Her hobbies include; diving, skiing & collecting vintage cameras
Mate Tim Mey:
South African born Timothy was raised in Mpumalanga, a highveld region of South Africa. He spent his younger years adventuring through high mountains and farming plains. After matriculating from high school he traveled down to the coast to go and find his attraction to the sea. While doing his courses and working for a sailing company he grew into liking yachts and truly loving water sports. Through this he found a opportunity to have an quick adventure in Greece. Once he arrived back home in South Africa, he met Nikki and received a calling to the British Virgin Islands where he met countless crew, including James and Isabella. After some time in the BVI’s Timothy, alongside his now wife Nikki were recruited by Oceanus. Timothy holds his Advanced Deckhand Certificate and Day Skipper License while continuing to pursue more advanced Yachtmaster Qualifications. Timothy absolutely loves participating in water sports and is always ready to facilitate the countless water sport options upon Oceanus. After gaining much experience upon different size tenders he is a very suitable person to chauffeur guests to wherever they would like to go, in Oceanus’ pristine tender. Alongside his crew, Timothy maintains and cleans the beautiful exterior upon Sailing Yacht Oceanus.
Stew Nikki Da Silva:
Portuguese-South African born Nikki was raised in Witbank, a small town in Mpumalanga, South Africa. After High School Nikki decided to pursue a diploma in Veterinary Assistant Sciences all while taking up an opportunity at a Law firm and then a Beauty-Slimming Clinic however she realized that these occupations were not for her. After meeting Timothy, she completed her diploma and then traveled to the coast in order to do her Yachting Courses. Not long after, Nikki alongside her Husband were recruited by James and Isabella. Nikki holds her Diploma in Veterinary Assistance and her Stewardess Certificate and wishes to pursue further International Cooking Courses. Nikki loves anything that relates to creativity and interior design. Every mealtime she uses as an opportunity to create beautiful table-scapes which matches her warm and welcoming personality. She takes extreme care in maintaining guest cabins and finds a way to make the beautiful cabins upon Oceanus even more welcoming. Since she has been on Oceanus, her cocktail repertoire has grown exponentially and will create drinks that satisfy everyone’s taste buds.
