Professional crew of two can create your truly exceptional yacht charter holidays, accommodating up to 4 guests in 2 spacious cabins and up to 8 guests on daily cruises.
The outdoor deck layout offers a large sunbathing area at the rear of the boat. The cockpit is spacious with a nice seating area and a folding table. As for the bow of the boat, it features a double sun pad.
The interior of the boat is a classic chic design, greeting you with a luscious lounge area with a a sofa and table, before continuing on to 2 spacious and stylish cabins.
With a cruising speed of 35 knots and a top speed of 52 knots, “Mira” will delight speed enthusiasts. When cruising, the hull gently meets the water, giving a softness to traveling like never before. It is the ultimate combination of speed, stealth and style!

Offered by DMA Yachting, the breathtaking charter yacht MIRA is a 55 ft motor yacht. The most appealing features of MIRA are her well-chosen interiors and inviting socializing areas. MIRA spends the winter season in Greece. She was constructed by the renowned boatbuilder Pershing in 2002. A comprehensive refit was delivered in 2021/2023. The spacious yacht layout features 2 large cabins and comfortably accommodates a group of 4 guests.

MIRA is classified as a superyacht. The inviting aft deck, continues to the the heart of the yacht - the main saloon. The main saloon is a gathering space to spend time when the aft deck might not be as desirable (at port, private conversations) and offers a range of entertainment options.

2 welcoming cabins are purposefully laid out with vison for maximum room, access, comfort and privacy.

The motor yacht features Engines: 2x MANN 1050HP Generator: 1xKoehler engines .

Price Terms

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a motor yacht like MIRA, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€3,500 - €5,600), making the charter cost €17,500 to €19,600. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

TAX STATUS:

VAT rate mentioned is the one applicable by current tax legislation valid to this date and subject to change without prior notice or responsibility on the Broker, Stakeholder or the Owner. Should any changes in applicable tax legislation take place resulting in changes in total amount(s) due then the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer.

APA 30-50% on the charter price:
For the operational expenses clients should pay, prior to embarkation the amount of the A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance) (fuel for the engine and gasoline for the use of the tender & water toys, food, drinks, delivery, redelivery fees, Corinth Canal Fees if crossed etc). The amount will be handed over to the Captain in order to supply the yacht with provisions, prior to clients' arrival and cover expenses, which will be paid by the Captain during the charter. Final calculations will be made at the end of the charter, with as many supporting receipts and invoices as possible. In case the already given amount appears to be insufficient, the Captain or Broker will advise the client accordingly in order to settle the balance of the expenses. In the contrary case, client will be refunded with any remaining balance.NOTES:
