Dimitrios was born on 10th of January in 1990. He was born to be a chef and he showed it at the Greek Tv show “Master Chef 2020”. He was one of the top favorite cooks in the completion and become a very well none as a professional and talented chef. He successfully graduated from the Institute of vocational training of Thessaloniki (Iek Xini), where he studied culinary arts. He upgraded his skills at the Instituto professional Alberghiero, Varese. He speaks 3 different languages Greek, English, German, and as beginner Norwegian. For more than 15 years he has perfected his experience in Mediterranean and international cuisine in hotels and restaurants. He always studies new cooking techniques and continues his studies by attending postgraduate studies and seminars of high gastronomy. His purpose is to give guests to taste and learn Greek Culture. In addition, he expects the journey to be unforgettable. In his free time, he likes sports, and one of his favorites is playing beach volley, skiing and table tennis.

Saumy was born in 1965, in Sri Lanka. He has gained a lot of experience since he has been a sailor in several boats for the last 17 years. Saumy manages all the daily maintenance of the outside of the yacht. Also, he loves traveling and is always attentive to the guest’s needs. He speaks fluent English.
