AD ASTRA 80 Yacht Description
-
2 SeaBobs:
Premium underwater scootering for fast snorkel exploring or easy towing for kids. -
Jet ski (2 PAX):
Add high-energy sessions between Greek coves with quick runs from the swim platform. -
Beach club & fold-out terraces:
Create a huge waterside hangout for swimming, lounging, and launching toys at anchor.
Waterline living, sorted. AD ASTRA is a 2024-built Fountaine Pajot sailing catamaran that sleeps 10 guests, and she is clearly designed around easy sea access. The beach club and big aft platform sit just above the waterline, so swimming, lounging, and toy launching happen without the usual gymnastics.
Deck spaces that work. You get multiple outdoor “zones” that actually feel separate: a large aft cockpit with a proper dining table and sunbeds, plus a forward cockpit with a bar and a sunbed. Under that sunbed is the deck jacuzzi. Nice.
Extra room up top. The flybridge functions like an additional deck, with wrap-around sofa seating for the whole group, plus a wet bar and plancha grill for low-effort lunches and late snacks.
Toys for grown-ups. When you want to do more than float, AD ASTRA carries a 2-person jet ski, two SeaBobs, wakeboard, adult waterskis and monoski, plus kayaks, paddleboards, snorkel gear, and inflatables. A Highfield tender with an 80hp outboard keeps transfers and tow sports moving.
Simple, sensible layout. Accommodation is in 5 cabins for 10 guests: one owner’s suite with a king bed and four queen-bed cabins, all with private facilities, backed up by air conditioning and Wi-Fi for when reality calls.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailing catamaran like AD ASTRA 80, the expected APA is 20% to 35% of the charter price (€13,000 - €22,750), making the charter cost €78,000 to €87,750. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

When you're on a boat like that, the people in the crew are living with you in close proximity. This crew was incredible in being available at any time but also not feeling like they were underfoot. Such a wonderful group of people you have working for you!
