Core reality check: CALADAN is a 38m, award‑winning Tansu explorer that looks like it just rolled out of a naval yard, then accidentally wandered into a design hotel. Post‑2025 refit you’re getting a full cosmetic and hardware reboot: new paint, new custom furniture inside and out, upgraded generators and quieter, smoother stabilisation.
The big structural hack: two proper master cabins. One full‑beam master on the lower deck, one private master up on the upper deck with direct deck access. For families, two principal couples, or the “I’m not sharing the good cabin” crowd, this kills the usual hierarchy fight before it starts. In total she sleeps up to 8–9 guests in 4 suites, run by a 6‑person crew.
Why CALADAN instead of another 124‑footer: she’s built as a genuine explorer with an impressive 3,271 nm range and low fuel burn, so longer hops and more remote itineraries stop being a theory and become Tuesday. Massive, uncluttered decks plus a gunmetal hull mean you get real outdoor living space and the “what is that yacht?” effect wherever you go.
Toy bay, not toy token: this is a watersports rig, not a brochure promise. New 7m SPX RIB (2025) with twin 300hp outboards, two Jet Skis, e‑foil, Tiwal inflatable sailboat, kite and wing‑foil kit, windsurf gear, wakeboards, paddleboards, Scubajet, yachtbeach platforms, dock and a pile of inflatables. Translation: you won’t run out of things to launch off the swim platform.
Onboard life: cool, neutral interior with onyx bathrooms and “small urban hotel” energy, full air‑conditioning, Wi‑Fi, and basic but functional gym kit (mats, dumbbells, boxing pads, etc.). With stabilisers both underway and at anchor, the boat stays civilized while everyone is pretending the e‑foil is “easy once you get the hang of it.”
Who this actually suits: clients who want an efficient, range‑capable, military‑style platform with serious deck space, equal‑status master cabins and a full watersports arsenal, rather than a floating chandelier showroom. If your idea of a good charter is “go further, do more, sleep well,” CALADAN is wired for that use case.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like CALADAN, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€22,500 - €36,000), making the charter cost €112,500 to €126,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
