Core system upgrade: TUSCAN SPIRIT is a 2014 Hanse performance sailing yacht, refit in 2022, with a carbon‑fiber mast and boom and a captain who’s also a qualified sailing instructor. Translation: this isn’t a static villa; it’s a yacht that actually sails, with someone on board who can either push it or teach you how to.
Real sailing, not just rail‑lean cosplay. The minimalist flush deck and sleek Prima Design hull are built for clean, efficient sailing and safe movement underway. Under the skin, she runs modern systems: full air‑conditioning, watermaker, thrusters, proper AV and Wi‑Fi. You get genuine performance credentials without sacrificing creature comforts.
Sleep setup: up to 6 guests in 3 ensuite doubles, including a forward master and two generous aft cabins. All are wired with LG TVs, satellite, and a FUSION/Bose audio system, so everyone can retreat to their own data‑cave when the group chat overload hits.
On‑deck reality: big, clean foredeck for sunbathing and sail‑geek watching; an undercover cockpit with table for shaded meals and debriefing the day; easy tender access via a 3.60m rigid‑keel tender with 20hp outboard to move you quickly between yacht and shore, or into quieter coves when the AIS map looks crowded.
Toy box, version 2023: new Fliteboard Air, paddleboard, donut, inflatable chaise longues and a proper spread of snorkelling gear. Enough kit to keep everyone rotating between “learning to foil”, “falling off foils” and “lying about foiling skills” over dinner.
Why charter TUSCAN SPIRIT instead of another 60‑something: because she combines genuine sailing performance (carbon rig, low‑drag deck layout, experienced racing‑background captain) with a simple, adult‑friendly guest format: 6 people, 3 real doubles, all ensuite, solid tech, and a focused two‑man crew (captain + chef/deckhand) who actually run the boat, not just park it.
