Vesta Yacht Description
-
2 x Seabobs:
Premium seascooters perfect for exploring underwater or adding fun to swim sessions. -
JOBE Towable Toys for 4 guests:
Great for group fun and water tows, boosting excitement for friends and family. -
At-anchor and underway stabilizers:
Stabilizers improve comfort and sleep at anchor, plus safer cruising in rougher seas.
Start with the operating system: VESTA is a 2023 Azimut Grande 27M with a full‑beam main‑deck master that comes with its own dressing room. Translation: the “owner’s suite” experience, without having to actually buy the yacht.
Space where it matters. Ten guests sleep in five ensuite cabins (master on main deck, two VIPs, two twins), so couples, families and friends all get real cabins, not overflow solutions. The layout is built for adult groups who don’t want to negotiate over who gets the “good room.”
Outdoor reality check: a large flybridge with retractable hardtop, full outdoor bar and dining, plus sunpads and foredeck seating. This is where most of your time will actually happen: eating, hiding from the sun, pretending you’re checking emails on the Wi‑Fi while watching the stabilisers keep everything level at anchor and at speed.
Speed + comfort package: twin MAN engines, a comfortable 21‑knot cruise and stabilisers underway and at anchor. That means less “we’re still getting there?” and more “we’re already here, launch the toys.”
Toys, not theory: 2 x Seabobs, paddleboards, wakeboard, waterski, towables and a Williams jet tender. Enough hardware to keep teenagers, adults and watersports addicts busy without needing a support ship.
Crew as a feature, not a footnote: a four‑person team including a charter‑focused captain, a watersports‑savvy deckhand and a chef with Michelin‑guide background. Expect tailored itineraries, serious food and someone who actually knows how to run a busy day on the water without chaos.
Why charter VESTA instead of the next 27‑metre on your screen: because you get a brand‑new 2023 platform, a main‑deck master, two VIPs, proper stabilisation, serious toys and a pro crew – all optimised for guests who plan to use the yacht hard, not just photograph it.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailboat like Vesta, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€11,250 - €22,500), making the charter cost €86,250 to €97,500. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Crew
Captain: Andrianos
Andrianos runs VESTA with a quiet, practiced hand, folding a decade of sea time into smooth routes, clean approaches, and easy days for guests who want the Greek islands without the guesswork. He reads the weather, the water, and the mood on board, then locks in an itinerary that hits the best bays, the best timing, and none of the stress.
- 10+ years of professional sea-going experience
- 3+ years commanding luxury charter yachts
- Previous command experience on 47m S/Y ARTEMIS
- Previous command experience on 35m M/Y ISLANDER II
Jarred is the guy who turns the water around VESTA into your private playground, running kites, boards, and toys with the easy rhythm of someone who has lived in the ocean his whole life. He keeps the deck tight and the action flowing, so every launch, swim, and tow feels sharp, fast, and under control.
- Lifelong experience on and around the ocean
- Extensive watersports background including kitesurfing and fishing
Sotiris runs the galley like a focused kitchen in port, dropping plates that hit hard on flavor but stay light enough for long days on the water. He builds menus around you and the season, so every meal feels dialed-in to where you are and how you want to move—no filler, just clean, serious food.
- Graduate with honours from Le Monde Culinary School, Athens
- Fine-dining background including OVIO (Michelin Guide–listed) in Athens
- 10+ years in high-end restaurants, luxury hotels, and private yachts
- Culinary experience across Mediterranean, Italian, and Japanese-Asian fusion cuisines
Paulina runs the interior like a tight, quiet operation—cabins turned, tables set, details checked—so service lands before you even think to ask. She threads Greek warmth through five-star service, making VESTA feel less like a hotel and more like a polished home at sea.
- Extensive hospitality and interior service experience
- Greek nationality with strong knowledge of local culture and traditions
