Big sailing platform. UBI BENE is a 144ft sailing yacht by Valena Yachting, built in 2010 and refit in 2020. She sleeps up to 12 guests in five en-suite cabins, so you can keep a full group together without playing cabin Tetris.
Deck life, sorted. The aft deck has a fixed canopy, meaning genuine shade on demand for long lunches and low-effort lounging. Simple win. There are also sunlit areas across the deck when people want to rotate from “book mode” back to “tan mode.”
Bright, modern inside. Expect a clean contemporary interior with large windows bringing in plenty of natural light, plus air conditioning when you want it. Wi-Fi is on board too, for the inevitable “just checking one thing” moments.
Toys for actual use. Water time is well covered with a Jet Ski, a 5.20m tender with 150hp for easy drop-offs, plus paddleboards, canoes, wakeboard, and adult and child water skis. Good for mixed groups where someone always wants “one more run.”

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailboat like UBI BENE, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€6,300 - €12,600), making the charter cost €48,300 to €54,600. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
