First, the system override: UBI BENE is a 44m wooden sailing gulet that behaves like a beach club with masts: huge shaded aft deck, oversized lounging areas and a full wet bar instead of a token cockpit. If your plan is “live outside, eat outside, stay outside,” this is the right level of overkill.
Why this yacht beats another random 40‑something metre: the deck layout is built around actual human behaviour – two big sofa zones, large dining tables, bar, and classic sun-lounging areas – so 10–12 guests can spread out without entering a social congestion crisis. The fixed aft canopy keeps that massive aft deck fully usable all day, not just for the Instagram golden hour.
Inside, it’s not a time capsule. The interior is clean and modern, using white and Burmese teak for a bright, low‑clutter look. Up to 10–12 guests sleep in 5 en suite cabins (master + mix of doubles/triples/twins), each with individually controlled air‑conditioning and heating, plus full A/V: TV, DVD, music system in cabins and saloon, and satellite TV. Translation: classic wooden yacht outside, not‑so‑classic comfort level inside.
Toy department, not an afterthought: a 5.2m tender with 150hp, Jet Ski, wakeboard, adult and child water‑skis, monoski, 2 paddleboards, canoes and towables (including a flying toy and ringo). Ubi Bene can accommodates 12 guests in 5 cabins. She has a light modern luxury interior which has been created using a combination of white and Burmese teak. The master cabin has a king bed, shower and head. She has a further 2 queen and 2 triple cabins each with shower and head. Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailboat like UBI BENE, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€6,300 - €12,600), making the charter cost €48,300 to €54,600. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
