TERSANE 8 is built for big groups who actually like each other: multi‑family trips, retreats, events, or that “everyone comes” holiday that normally breaks the villa search. Instead of splitting across three houses, you put the whole operation on a 48m motor‑sailer and keep the party, kids and grandparents in one floating basecamp.
Launched in 2012 and refitted in 2019, TERSANE 8 is unapologetically about capacity and flexibility: 14–15 cabins in various double, twin and triple setups, all with full air‑conditioning and supported by a 9‑person crew whose entire job is to keep 30+ people running smoothly. Think less “boutique couple’s hideaway”, more “private mini‑cruise ship, but you control the guest list.”
On deck, it’s built for long, lazy days: wide sunpads, shaded lounging, outdoor dining and a proper BBQ setup for feeding a crowd without drama. When the “we should do something active” mood hits, the 5.3m tender and a pile of toys (paddleboards, water‑skis, wakeboards, snorkelling and fishing gear) turn the boat into a small watersports camp. Wi‑Fi and satellite TV mean no one has to pretend to be offline unless they want to.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailboat like TERSANE 8, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€5,100 - €10,200), making the charter cost €39,100 to €44,200. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
