Let’s start with the headline glitch: SOL MADININA is a brand‑new (2025) 80ft Fountaine Pajot Thíra 80 catamaran with a foredeck Jacuzzi and an owner’s suite that comes with its own jacuzzi bathtub. If your yacht short‑list doesn’t currently include “two hot tubs”, this is the moment you update your criteria.
This is a beach club disguised as a sailing cat. The aft cockpit runs straight onto a hydraulic swim platform and a full‑beam sea‑level beach club, plus two side cockpits with opening “wings” (fold‑down balconies) that turn the hulls into private sea terraces. Translation: more places to park people at water level while the toys go out – Jet Ski, Seabobs, e‑foil/Jet Surf, wakeboard, skis, kayaks, towables, full snorkel and scuba kit (rendezvous diving).
Inside, it’s built to run a real charter, not a photoshoot. Up to 10 guests sleep in 5 large suites (2 kings, 3 queens), all with ensuite bathrooms and full‑beam catamaran volume – no “just don’t stand up over there” cabins. The master gets the jacuzzi tub and separate shower, there’s a big open‑plan saloon, TVs where you actually want them, proper Wi‑Fi, full‑boat air‑conditioning and storage planned around the toy garage, not around marketing copy.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailing catamaran like SOL MADININA, the expected APA is 20% to 35% of the charter price (€13,000 - €22,750), making the charter cost €78,000 to €87,750. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
