Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like SIR HENDRIK, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€8,750 - €14,000), making the charter cost €43,750 to €49,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Captain: Nick Binnendijk (Dutch)
Nick is 33 years old and was born in Gouda, the Netherlands. He has been a professional Captain since 2017, logging well over 10.000nm. He is a qualified skipper holding a RYA Yacht Master offshore sailing and greek motor yacht Diploma. His character allows him to be able to deal with any situation at sea, being very adaptable and responsible. He takes his job and responsibilities very seriously while also enjoying to entertain his guests and communicate well with them. This ensures he will always fulfill all expectations of his clients. When he is not on board he likes to travel, sail, kite surf and get involved with everything that has to do with the sea environment. He speaks fluent English, Dutch and conversational French.
Chef/Stewardess: Melanie Hoffman (Dutch/Indonesian)
Melanie was born in the Netherlands in 1995. Very early on she discovered her sense for creativity and out of the box thinking, which led her to enroll an audiovisual design study. Here she developed her filmmaking and animation skills. Her creativity also flowed into her love for cooking. She has always had a passion for food, making dishes from all around the world; but more often taking inspiration from her Indonesian roots to create beautiful, delicious and savory meals. Her sense of adventure led her into the yachting world. Together with her passion for cooking, Melanie's kind-hearted, happy and enthusiastic personality form a great presence on the yacht, which excels and thrives off of seeing guests happy. Melanie is currently in process of learning to kite-surf. She enjoys challenges and takes pride in providing excellent service, whilst always doing her best to make your stay onboard an exclusive, unforgettable and enjoyable one. She speaks English.
