Big sundeck, real jacuzzi, serious watertoys. SANREF is a 35m Falcon motor yacht built in 2007, set up for groups who actually use the boat rather than just pose on it. The upper deck is the headline: a large, open sundeck with loungers, bar, dining space and a proper on‑deck jacuzzi, so the default day mode is “outside, feet up, drink nearby.”
Inside, the layout is quietly efficient: 5 en-suite cabins for up to 12 guests, with a full-beam master plus a rare bonus at this size – a main-deck VIP cabin with skylight. Translation: two top-tier cabins for two top-tier decision-makers, and flexible doubles/twins with Pullmans for family or friends without anyone drawing the short straw.
The main deck runs like a simple loop: aft deck for al fresco dining, wide swim platform for fast toy launch, and a salon with a large pop-up TV for movie nights once everyone is sunburned and overfed. Air conditioning and Wi‑Fi keep the modern world available but optional.

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like SANREF, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($10,500 - $16,800), making the charter cost $52,500 to $58,800. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
