Beautiful classic-contemporary interior design. Feels very fresh and high-end. Great headroom in the cabins, white carpet, warm light. Sleeps 12: 2 twin cabins one with an extra Pullman, and one single cabin on the main deck - unusual.
I was really happily surprised on the flybridge, which the crew refers to as ‘the lounge’ - full coffee bar, really impressive snack table, jazz music, big lounge area, jacuzzi surrounded by sun pads. Coffee lounge the whole day, and champagne lounge in the evening. The mood is really set!! It’s perfect!

Start with the good stuff: flybridge jacuzzi, brand‑new stabilizers (underway and zero‑speed), and an extended swim platform that basically turns the stern into your own floating beach club. PAREAKI II is built to sit still, run fast, and keep your drink level while you do both.
39m Maiora, refit 2022–2023, sleeping 12 guests in 6 cabins – including a full‑beam master, two VIPs and flexible twin/single options, all ensuite and fully air‑conditioned. This is a proper family‑and‑friends layout: no “second‑class” cabins, no one exiled to the bow.
Upper deck = mission control: shaded dining, exterior bar, new sofas, and that jacuzzi ringed with sunpads. It’s designed to be used all day: coffee at sunrise, lunch in the shade, jets on at sunset. Stabilizers keep it civilized whether you’re doing 21 knots or sitting on the hook.
Water‑toy loadout is not theoretical: 4.7m Zodiac RIB with 100hp, Jet Ski, 2 SeaBobs, eFoil, Awake jetboard, towables, paddleboards, water skis (adults and kids), extended inflatable swim platform and even an electric scooter for shore. If someone claims they’re bored, that’s on them.
Inside, the brief is simple: contemporary Italian design by Roberto Del Re, big panoramic windows, neutral tones, new carpets, furniture and soft goods from the latest refit. It feels like a modern city apartment, just one that moves at up to 29 knots and comes with an 8‑person crew and a serious chef.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like PAREAKI II, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€24,500 - €39,200), making the charter cost €122,500 to €137,200. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
