Top deck jacuzzi, fast hull, no excuses. PANFELISS is a 39m Mengi-Yay motor yacht built in 2011 and refitted, with a full-size on-deck jacuzzi and stabilizers at anchor so you can actually use it in comfort instead of bobbing like a cork.
Speed vs. comfort is not a debate here. Cruising around 19 knots and topping out over 27, PANFELISS moves like a proper performance yacht, while full air-conditioning, modern entertainment systems and a quiet three-generator setup keep the interior calm, cool and functional.
Sleep 12 without drawing straws. Five cabins (including a king master and multiple queen cabins) are laid out to take 12 guests without anyone exiled to a folding bunk. The configuration is built for mixed groups: families, couples, or that “friends plus laptops” offsite you’re pretending is work.
Water toys: distraction mode enabled. Wave runner, adult and kids’ water skis, wakeboard, kneeboard, inflatables, snorkel gear, underwater camera and video – plus a proper swim platform and boarding ladder so getting in and out of the water doesn’t become a slapstick routine.
Hardware built to stay online. GRP hull, full AC, inverter, high-capacity water maker and Wi‑Fi keep the yacht running like a small, mobile island. Add BBQ, sun loungers, bimini and awnings and you get a deck setup optimized for being outside all day without slowly roasting.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like PANFELISS, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€23,750 - €38,000), making the charter cost €118,750 to €133,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
