Marios Galinos: First Officer

Marios is a highly motivated maritime professional, holding a Captain Class C license. He has built a strong background in deck operations and crew coordination through a progressive career on prominent superyachts, including the 95m M/Y O' PARI, the 65m M/Y SORRENTO, and the 45m M/Y MY TOY. His diverse skill set is backed by Special Forces military service, professional lifeguard training, and an Advanced Open Water Diver certification. Fully certified with GMDSS, ECDIS, and SSO, Marios combines extensive hands-on experience on large vessels with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and service in the luxury yachting industry.


Spyridon Tortopidis: Chief Engineer

Spyridon is a highly motivated and multi-skilled Marine Engineer with extensive experience across commercial vessels and luxury yachts, including the M/Y Mobius. Holding a Chief Engineerʼs license, he possesses deep technical expertise in managing and maintaining complex mechanical systems while ensuring peak ship performance and energy efficiency. He is recognized for his strong leadership in the engine room, a strict safety-conscious outlook, and the ability to remain composed and effective under high-pressure situations. With a proactive approach to technical challenges and a commitment to quality standards, Spyridon serves as a dedicated professional focused on operational excellence and seamless crew collaboration.


Konstantinos Tsiatsios: Chef

Chef Konstantinos is a graduate of the Le Monde Institute and an elite culinary professional with extensive experience in Michelin-starred and award-winning Greek restaurants, including the renowned Varoulko Seaside and Vassilenas. A finalist on MasterChef Greece, he is recognized for his technical precision, creativity, and ability to excel in high-pressure environments.
Specializing in modern Mediterranean and seafood gastronomy, he has mastered a wide range of cuisines, offering expertise in signature menu design, kitchen management, and strict adherence to HACCP safety standards. Having served as both a Head Chef and restaurant owner, Konstantinos combines a deep understanding of fine-dining operations with a commitment to delivering sophisticated, high-end culinary experiences.

Nikoleta Pazara: Chief Stewardess

Nikoletta is a highly professional Chief Stewardess with over a decade of experience in the high-end yachting industry, specializing in delivering refined and meticulous guest service. Her career includes motor yachts, such as M/Y Mobius, M/Y Wide Liberty, and M/Y Gia Sena, among others, where she has gained extensive experience in full interior management, silver service, and elite-level hospitality.
A winner of the 2023 Mediterranean Yacht Show tablescaping competition, she combines a strategic eye for aesthetics with exceptional organizational skills and strong leadership. Her professional approach is grounded in structure, flow, aesthetics, and operational control, ensuring consistently high standards of onboard service across both private and charter environments. Her skill set also includes deck support, complemented by Skipper and Speedboat licenses, making her a valuable asset to the crew of Palatial.
Known for her composure under pressure and her commitment to creating memorable guest experiences, Nikoletta brings a sophisticated, professional, and proactive approach to even the most demanding charters.
Nikoleta speaks English, French, Spanish and Russian.


Matronia Gkini: Stewardess

Matrona is a highly skilled and versatile maritime professional with a dual background as a Second Officer and Stewardess, offering a unique blend of technical navigational expertise and premium guest service. A graduate of the Mediterranean Maritime Academy, she holds a license as an Officer in Charge of Navigational Watch and possesses extensive experience operating on motor yachts such as M/Y Beyond, sailing yachts an catamarans. Matrona brings a disciplined, safety-oriented approach to her work, supported by advanced certifications in STCW, GMDSS, and ECDIS. She is a proactive and adaptable professional, dedicated to upholding the highest standards of luxury and service. Her exceptional attention to detail makes Matrona a highly valued member of the Palatial crew. Matrona is fluent in English, and French.


Tereza Zachariadi: Stewardess

Tereza is a university graduate in Early Childhood Education and an experienced Kindergarten Teacher, bringing a unique blend of childcare expertise and luxury hospitality experience. She is currently serving as a 3rd Stewardess aboard the 43m M/Y Palatial, where she has developed strong practical skills in housekeeping, laundry, and detailed cabin service, consistently delivering a seamless and high-end guest experience.
Her previous roles as a Hotel Receptionist and Hostess have strengthened her abilities in reservation management, front desk operations, and proactive, guest-focused service. Tereza is known for her attention to detail, adaptability, and dedication to maintaining the highest standards onboard.
Her academic background and genuine passion for working with children add exceptional value to her role, as she naturally engages and entertains younger guests, enhancing their onboard experience.
She combines excellent English communication skills with a flexible, solution-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to excellence in luxury service.
Outside of work, Tereza enjoys cycling, aerial yoga, theatre, and traveling.


Valeriu Blindu: Deckhand

Valeriu is a professional deckhand with over 18 years of continuous experience across a diverse fleet of private and charter superyachts up to 43m, including notable vessels such as M/Y Liva, and M/Y Domani. He is a highly proficient tender driver holding a Speed Boat Operator License , Basic Safety Training , and a Malta Seaman's Record Book. Valeriu is a university graduate with a strong work ethic and physical stamina, he is fluent in English, Greek, Russian, and Romanian. Valeriu is ensuring seamless service and communication in high-end charter environments.



Ioannis Giannopoulos: Deckhand

Ioannis is an experienced Deckhand with an extensive background on luxury motor yachts, including prestigious vessels such as the 75m M/Y Sapphire and the 70m M/Y Suerte. He holds a Deck Rating Certificate of Competency (Navigational Watch) and is highly trained in advanced lifesaving, firefighting, and safety procedures. Skilled in comprehensive yacht maintenance and professional tender driving, Ioannis is known for his disciplined approach, strong teamwork, and commitment to maintaining exceptional operational standards. Holding a full range of driving licenses and B2-level English proficiency, he is a proactive and versatile professional dedicated to ensuring a seamless and safe experience on board.
