Start with the important part: MIRAGE IV is a freshly refitted (2024) 40m tri-deck with a sun deck Jacuzzi, a full-blown waterslide + inflatable climbing wall + sea pool setup, and a toy locker that looks like a watersports shop having a good day.
She sleeps 12 guests in 6 cabins with a main-deck master and all-ensuite layout, so nobody draws the short straw. At 21-knot cruising speed and a 2,000 nm range, she’s built to move fast between anchorages instead of just posing off the quay.
On deck, the logic is simple: sun deck for hot tub, bar and U-shaped lounge; upper deck for proper 12-guest dining; beach-club style stern for launching jet ski, Seabobs, Awake Ravik electric surfboard, slide, climbing wall, SUPs and the rest of the “we’re not going back to the marina yet” inventory. At-anchor stabilizers keep all of this civilized instead of wobbly.
Inside, you get a bright main salon with fold-out balcony and dining for 12, good connectivity with Starlink Wi-Fi, and modern AV in every cabin for when “outside” has done its job. Seven crew run the whole system so you don’t have to think about anything more complex than “Jacuzzi first or toys first?”

MIRAGE IV is a 40-meter Princess yacht that comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across six luxurious staterooms. The expansive master suite, situated at the bow on the main deck, spans the full beam of the yacht. This opulent suite features a private office, ample storage space, separate wardrobes for him and her, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, ensuring a serene and indulgent stay on board.On the lower deck, guests will find three VIP cabins and two adaptable twin cabins, each designed to provide restful sleeping arrangements. Every cabin is furnished with its own en-suite bathroom and shower facilities, ensuring all guests experience the utmost comfort and privacy during their voyage.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like MIRAGE IV, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€43,750 - €70,000), making the charter cost €218,750 to €245,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
