Refit-ready and social. MIRAGE IV is a 40.16m Princess motor yacht (built 2017, refit 2024) that sleeps 12 guests in six cabins, set up for groups who want proper space to spread out without disappearing from each other.
Outdoor life, sorted. The tri-deck layout gives you multiple places to rotate through the day, topped off with a deck Jacuzzi. Also: at-anchor stabilizers, so lunch and sundowners do not turn into a balancing contest.
Water access that works. There is a beach club with a sea pool for easy in-and-out swimming. No speeches, just straight to the water.
Toys with a point. The lineup is built for fast handovers between guests: water slide, Jet Ski (license required), 2 x Seabob F5s, Awake Ravik S, wakeboard, water skis, and snorkeling sets, with a Williams 625 Diesel tender to keep it all moving.
Modern downtime. Starlink Wi-Fi plus TVs in the main saloon and guest cabins, backed by an integrated sound system and Bluetooth speakers, keeps the onboard and offboard crowd equally happy.

MIRAGE IV is a 40-meter Princess yacht that comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across six luxurious staterooms. The expansive master suite, situated at the bow on the main deck, spans the full beam of the yacht. This opulent suite features a private office, ample storage space, separate wardrobes for him and her, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, ensuring a serene and indulgent stay on board.On the lower deck, guests will find three VIP cabins and two adaptable twin cabins, each designed to provide restful sleeping arrangements. Every cabin is furnished with its own en-suite bathroom and shower facilities, ensuring all guests experience the utmost comfort and privacy during their voyage.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like MIRAGE IV, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€43,750 - €70,000), making the charter cost €218,750 to €245,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
