Combine the Greek island hopping experience with the culinary philosophy of Costas Spiliadis, renowned chef of Milos restaurants. Milos at Sea offers abundance of space for 10 guests who can expect to be serviced perfectly and efficiently by a professional, year-round crew of 7. Bright and comfortable interiors with panoramic view of the sea are featured on the main deck's salon and Master suite. Below deck is the full beam VIP stateroom and two very spacious Twin cabins all with ensuites. Her multi-functional sundeck is perfect for entertaining guests and includes comfortable sofas, separate sun mattresses and a dining area which is adjoining to the open kitchen barbeque area. A wide variety of water toys and sonos system add to an already full list of amenities.
This is not a yacht. This is the Milos restaurant group accidentally strapped to a 35m Codecasa hull and given a 4,100nm range. If your priority is food, this is the short list. MILOS AT SEA is effectively a floating extension of the world‑famous Milos™ kitchens, with a career Milos chef onboard and a menu built around serious Greek seafood, not generic “yacht pasta.”
Structure of the situation: up to 10 guests, four cabins, including a main‑deck master with his‑and‑hers bathrooms (one with a sauna) and a full‑beam VIP below. Everything is Crestron/iPad‑controlled, with safe boxes in every cabin, so the tech and privacy side is handled without drama.
Top‑deck reality: a big, multi‑use sundeck designed for actual living: shaded dining, BBQ station for the chef, sunbeds and sofas, Sonos and full AV running throughout. This is where long lunches turn into “how is it midnight already.”
Water‑side payload: 5m Castoldi jet tender, 2 SeaBobs, paddleboards, kayaks, towables, skis, wakeboard, inflatable toys, snorkel and fishing gear, plus yoga mats and TRX if you insist on earning dessert. It’s set up for families and mixed groups who want real activity, not just a token toy list.
Comfort engineering: steel displacement hull, stabilizers underway, full air‑conditioning, underwater lights at night, Wi‑Fi, and an AV package with large‑screen TVs and integrated music throughout. Translation: you can work, stream, or hide from email as required.
Human layer: a 7‑person crew with a long‑standing captain and a hospitality‑grade service team. This is not a “summer‑only” assembled crew; they know the boat, the systems, and how to run a food‑centric charter efficiently.
If you want a party yacht, keep scrolling. If you want a 35m platform optimized for serious gastronomy, long lazy deck sessions, and a very high toys‑to‑guest ratio, MILOS AT SEA is the rational choice.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like MILOS AT SEA, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€15,875 - €25,400), making the charter cost €79,375 to €88,900. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
