MELTEMI is the “everyone fits” boat. Eight double cabins. Up to 18 guests. One hull. If you’re running a large group and don’t want to play cabin Tetris, this is the solution.
All cabins are doubles, all with en-suite bathrooms. No bunk drama, no shared heads politics. For multi-family groups, retreats, or “we actually like all our friends,” this layout is unusually clean and practical for a 70ft yacht.
Old-school steel, new-school refit. Built in 1989 in Turkey, fully refreshed in 2022, MELTEMI combines proven, heavy-displacement comfort with updated interiors and systems, including full air conditioning for all guests.
Crew comes with real-world credentials, not just tan lines. The captain is a retired naval officer with serious navigation, safety, and training background, backed by a professional Greek crew of four with merchant marine and commercial shipping experience. Translation: structured operations, solid seamanship, calm handling when weather or plans change.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailboat like Meltemi, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€2,700 - €5,400), making the charter cost €20,700 to €23,400. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
