Price Terms

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a power catamaran like MAJESTY OF GREECE, the expected APA is 20% to 35% of the charter price (€6,800 - €11,900), making the charter cost €40,800 to €45,900. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Captain: Thanos Kourtelis

Captain Thanos Born into a line of Greek sailors, Thanos runs Majesty of Greece like a tight, calm ship, giving guests serious sea-miles of experience wrapped in an easygoing, confident delivery. He reads the Aegean like a chart he’s memorized, so you get bolder routes and quieter coves without ever feeling exposed.
  • Grew up sailing on his father’s boat; early training in optimists and lasers.
  • Professional skipper since age 18 with formal sailing license.
  • Extensive cruising across the Mediterranean and a full Atlantic crossing.
  • Parallel studies in engineering focused on engines, yacht maintenance, and mechanics.

Deckhand Dimos Dimos moves fast, watches everything, and quietly keeps guests a step ahead of what they want, from water toys in the water to lines on the dock. He brings engineer’s discipline and front-of-house polish, so service hits hard and clean without fuss.
  • Holds a Motorboat license.
  • Degree from the Merchant Marine Academy of Crete.
  • Served as Probationary Engineer on merchant ships.
  • Background in sales and service as a salesman and waiter.

Steward George George runs the guest spaces with quiet precision, reading the mood and resetting the stage so the yacht always feels ready for the next swim, next drink, next day. He’s used to pressure and long days, so service stays sharp when everyone else drops into holiday mode.
  • Five years’ experience as deckhand and skipper on catamarans and monohulls.
  • Extensive background in both private and charter operations.
  • Strong safety and hospitality experience in busy charter environments.
  • Based in the Argolic Gulf on the island of Aegina (born 1985).
