LUJA Yacht Description
-
Diverse water toy selection:
Includes canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, and waterskis for fun and active island exploration. -
3.8m / 12'6" Tender:
Convenient tender allows quick shore access, perfect for exploring shallow bays and coves. -
Low draft hull design:
Allows access to shallow waters and hidden coves other yachts can’t reach for exclusive adventures.
Core reality check: LUJA is a 28.4m motor‑sailer built in 2013 and refit in 2022, with one job: give 8 people proper sailing‑yacht atmosphere without sacrificing comfort, Wi‑Fi or air‑con. If you’re trying to thread the needle between “authentic boat” and “livable space”, this is that needle.
Space where it matters. Four ensuite cabins (master, VIP and two doubles) mean all 8 guests sleep like actual adults, not in pullmans and compromise bunks. The layout is straightforward, social and works for two families or a friends’ trip where everyone wants a “real” cabin and a door that closes.
Shallow‑water access built in. LUJA’s low draft and 3.8m tender are the quiet superpower here – she can nose into shallow bays and coves that deeper yachts just admire from a distance. Translation: more swims off the stern, short tender hops to shore, and anchorages that look suspiciously like private bays.
On‑water uptime, not just on‑deck posing. Paddleboards, kayak, canoe, waterski, ringo, fishing and snorkelling kit turn “we’re at anchor” into “we’re actually doing things.” It’s enough gear to keep a mixed‑age group busy without turning the deck into a rental shop.
Why charter LUJA instead of another 90‑something footer: you get a recently refit, fully air‑conditioned motor‑sailer that sleeps 8 in real cabins, runs with an experienced 4‑person crew, slips into shallow spots bigger yachts can’t use, and still carries the essential toys. It’s the practical, low‑nonsense option for clients who want comfort and capability over chrome and gimmicks.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailboat like LUJA, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€2,363 - €4,725), making the charter cost €18,113 to €20,475. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
