LUJA Yacht Description
-
Watersports kit (waterski, ringo, SUP, kayaks):
Easy, all-ages water time from tow sports to relaxed paddling and exploring. -
3.8m/12'6" tender with 50 HP:
Zip to beaches and nearby tavernas quickly, and make swim stops effortless. -
Low draft for shallow bays and coves:
Get closer to hidden anchorages and shorelines around Greece and Turkey.
Eight guests, four suites. LUJA is a 28.4m (93'2") custom motor/sailer built in 2013 and refit in 2022, set up to sleep 8 in 4 cabins including a master, a VIP, and two doubles.
More water, less fuss. The low draft makes it easier to work into shallow bays and coves, and the swimming platform keeps the on and off routine simple. Quick dip. Repeat.
Toys that get used. A 3.8m tender handles the shuttle runs, while the lineup covers proper daytime mileage: waterskiing, a Ringo, paddleboard, canoe and kayak, plus snorkelling kit and fishing equipment.
Comfort when you want it. Full air conditioning and Wi-Fi are on board, with an LCD TV in the saloon and TVs in the master cabins for downtime that does not require negotiation.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailboat like LUJA, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€2,363 - €4,725), making the charter cost €18,113 to €20,475. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
