LE PIETRE is what happens when a classic gulet quietly installs a lounge bar, a Sonos ecosystem and a shallow‑draft access pass to the anchorages other yachts can’t reach.
Built in 2010 and refitted as recently as 2024, this 39m sailing yacht is set up for outdoor living and family use: wide teak decks, big shaded lounging and dining zones fore and aft, and a layout for just 8 guests in 4 cabins so everyone gets serious space. The twin cabin converts to a double, so groups can switch between “family mode” and “four couples” without drama.
Inside, it’s all pale oak panelling, dark floors and earthy tones – calm, modern, not trying to be Versailles. The atmosphere is low-gloss, high-comfort: full air‑conditioning, en‑suite bathrooms in every cabin, and a raised salon with bar and wraparound windows so you can see what you’re paying for: the view.
LE PIETRE’s real trick is access and versatility. The very shallow draft lets her tuck into coves that deeper yachts watch from a distance, while a 6.5m tender with 200hp plus a second chase boat, paddleboards, canoes, sea scooters, waterski and ringo turn those coves into your private watersports park. Add in a state‑of‑the‑art music system (Sonos across cabins, salon and both decks) and the boat behaves like a floating beach club rather than a floating hotel.
Behind all that is a 6‑person professional crew with long, documented experience on this exact yacht and in these waters, plus a chef with serious restaurant and hotel background. Translation: you get the “classic sailing yacht” look, but the operation runs like a modern small hotel with a watersports department and better scenery.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailboat like LE PIETRE, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€6,600 - €13,200), making the charter cost €50,600 to €57,200. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
