KIMATA Yacht Description
-
Foredeck Jacuzzi:
Relax in the jacuzzi while enjoying sea views—romantic and perfect for luxury downtime. -
Wide selection of water toys including 2 Seabobs and Jet Surf:
Seabobs are premium seascooters, plus Jet Surf adds the hottest water fun for all ages. -
Expansive flybridge with ocean terrace and alfresco dining:
Large outdoor areas ideal for socializing, cocktails, sunbathing, and family time under the sun.
Start with the cheat code: KIMATA gives you a foredeck jacuzzi on a 67ft sailing cat. Not “a bucket with bubbles” – a proper hot tub, front row seats to whatever horizon you point her at, with dual trampolines and sunpads wrapped around it. If your idea of “deck space” is more than two beanbags and a rail, this is where you stop scrolling.
Then the rooftop playground. The flybridge isn’t a token helm with cushions; it’s a full‑scale outdoor lounge with shaded dining, bar/BBQ and panoramic views. This is where eight people can actually spread out without playing human Tetris: some eating, some sunbathing, some pretending the Seabobs “aren’t just toys”.
Under the hood (and under sail): launched in 2021 by Fountaine Pajot, KIMATA is a modern 67ft multihull built for comfort underway and at anchor. A wide beam translates into a huge salon and cockpit that function as one big living area. Below, 8 guests sleep in 4 double cabins (including an owner’s suite), all with private bathrooms, proper headroom and real storage – you’re not living out of a duffel.
Toy locker, not afterthought. Two Seabobs (one with camera), SUPs, kayaks, waterskis, wakeboard, towables, Jet Surf on request and a 4.2m Highfield tender with 70hp mean the “afternoon swim” can escalate quickly into “we only came back because it was dark”. Shallow draft lets you anchor close in, instead of watching the good bays from a distance.
Why charter KIMATA instead of just “a cat”: because you get a real deck jacuzzi, a flybridge that works like a second living room, a 2021 build with full‑boat AC, Wi‑Fi and strong AV, plus a three‑person crew including an award‑winning chef. Translation: big‑platform comfort, serious toys, and restaurant‑level food, all tuned for a group of eight who actually want to use the boat, not just sleep on it.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailing catamaran like KIMATA, the expected APA is 20% to 35% of the charter price (€6,500 - €11,375), making the charter cost €39,000 to €43,875. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Giannis builds plates that hit clean and bold, locking local Greek produce into tight, modern dishes tuned to how you spend the day—light when you’re chasing toys, deep and slow when the sun drops. He listens hard to what you like, then fires back with food that feels custom, not standard charter fare.
- Culinary Arts degree from a renowned culinary school in Greece
- Certificate in Electrotechnology Engineering (Australia)
- Winner, 1st place Chef's Competition – Emerald Category, EMMYS 2023
- Previous yachts include Lucky Clover and Pixie
The deckhand slot is held for a hands-on operator who will keep lines, toys, and tenders running tight so you move from cockpit to water without waiting around or wondering what comes next.
- Position listed as Deckhand: TBA in current crew manifest
- Role dedicated to deck operations, water toys, and guest support

Reviews
"We loved Greece! It was amazing seeing all the islands. Every Island we went to was our favorite, until we went to the next one! We would not have changed a thing.
Kimata was the perfect boat for us! She is beautiful and spacious, just right for our group.
The crew, however, made our trip! We loved the passion they have for their country and their excitement they showed for sharing it with us. We were pampered from the minute we arrived until we docked in Athens. Themis is a great chef, we loved his passion for Greek cuisine, we were well fed for sure.
