Fifty guests. One yacht. No conference-center carpet. HARMONY V is a 55m / 180ft mini-cruise yacht built in 2009 and refitted in 2017, designed for groups who actually like each other: up to **49 guests** in **25 outward-facing cabins**, all with windows or portholes, private bathrooms, climate control, TV, safe and mini-fridge. Think “private ship takeover” rather than “sharing with strangers.”
The social hardware is the real point. A **~200m² sundeck** is built to host everyone at once: loungers, shaded dining, and bar in one continuous space so you’re not playing hide-and-seek across decks. Inside, a full-beam lounge with an American-style bar and large windows is set up for briefings, cocktails, or just parking the entire group without feeling stacked.
Group logistics: solved. HARMONY V runs with **17 crew**, enough manpower to serve 49 guests properly instead of “event-catering chaos.” The dining room seats the full guest count in a single sitting, so there’s no shift system, no second-wave dinners, and no one eating dessert while others are still hunting for a chair.
Comfort > gimmicks. No helipad, no nightclub pretending to be Ibiza – just practical long-range comforts: full air conditioning, stabilizers for a calmer ride, satellite TV and Wi‑Fi, plus a swim platform and simple water toys like kayaks and snorkeling gear for when you want to touch actual water instead of just looking at it through glass.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like Harmony V, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€32,350 - €51,760), making the charter cost €161,750 to €181,160. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
