Award-winning new build. FOUR JOYS is a 100’1” (30.5m) Maiora 30 Walkaround built in 2023, and she picked up the Best Evolution award at the World Yachts Trophies in Cannes. Sleeps 10 in five cabins, with the kind of layout that works for real-life groups.
Deck flow that matters. The walk-around flybridge connects aft to foredeck on a single level, so people can move around without playing obstacle course. Big guest-use area up top too, with a hard top, a bar, and dining for 10.
Water level, on repeat. A beach club and swim platform set you up for quick dips and fast toy turnarounds. Add zero-speed stabilizers at anchor, and lounging stays comfortable when the boat is parked.
Toys, properly covered. You get a Williams Tender 505 jet tender, 2 x Seabobs F5, paddleboards (including an inflatable SUP), adult water skis, a wakeboard, and towables (1- and 2-seater). Plus fishing equipment and 2 mountain bikes for off-water breaks.
Bright, modern interiors. Full-height windows bring in a lot of natural light, and the main-deck master is a smart call for anyone who wants easy access without stairs. When you want screens, the salon has an 85” Samsung QLED 8K with a K-Array audio system, with TVs in the cabins too.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like FOUR JOYS, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€23,750 - €38,000), making the charter cost €118,750 to €133,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
