Made for big groups. BOREAS is a 131-foot custom gulet built in 2010 and refit in 2020, set up to sleep 36 guests. If your guest list is long and you still want everyone on one yacht, this is the straightforward answer.
Cabins with options. She is listed with 16 cabins in total, each with a private shower and toilet and full air conditioning. The mix includes double, twin, and triple cabins, which helps when you are trying to make a complicated rooming plan look easy.
Deck life, sorted. Numerous sunbathing cushions and chairs means the default setting is “outside.” No fighting for a lounger. Just pick your level of sun and commit.
Toys for water time. You get a dinghy with a 50 HP outboard for shuttles and play, plus waterskiing, banana, ringo, snorkelling equipment, and fishing equipment. She also offers rendezvous diving only.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailboat like ELARA 1, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€4,275 - €8,550), making the charter cost €32,775 to €37,050. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
