Start with the headline system overload: DREAM is a 106m ex-cruise-ship turned full‑scale private resort, rebuilt in 2018 into a charter machine with a sundeck swimming pool, swim‑up bar and helipad. If you’re trying to move up from “big yacht” to “floating campus”, this is where that escalation ends.
Scale first, then everything else. DREAM sleeps up to 36 guests in 22 cabins, backed by a crew of around 32–40. Translation: you can bring the entire family tree, key staff, or half a conference and still not fill the place. Multiple indoor and outdoor dining areas, a proper beach club and huge deck volumes mean everyone can spread out without the “we all booked the same yacht, didn’t we?” effect.
Actual resort, not just marketing copy. The top deck runs a large swimming pool with waterfall and counter‑current, a swim‑up bar, full sun-lounging space and a helipad that doubles as a sports court – basketball, volleyball, badminton, even clay shooting. Inside you get a cinema (indoor plus three outdoor setups), a full spa with sauna, massage and beauty rooms, and a serious gym with Technogym kit. This is built for long, comfortable weeks onboard, not one‑night photo ops.
Corporate, multi‑family, or “we need one yacht instead of five”. DREAM is purpose‑designed for big groups: three dining rooms, flexible cabin layouts, staff cabins, elevators between decks and at‑anchor stabilizers to keep the whole operation calm. It’s an obvious fit for brand events, product launches, large family gatherings or UHNW travel where privacy, scale and controlled environment beat any hotel or ship‑in‑a‑suite setup.
Toy department: fully funded. The hardware list is long: three Yamaha FX Cruiser SVHO waverunners, a road‑legal Gibbs Quadski amphibious vehicle, Seabobs, Laser sailing dinghies (including a Laser Bug), a stack of paddleboards, kayaks, full snorkelling and rendezvous diving options, plus a fleet of serious tenders including a 9m Windy limo and multiple Scorpion RIBs. If someone gets bored, it’s a user error.
Why charter DREAM instead of another “big white thing”: because you get cruise‑ship volume with superyacht service, a recent full rebuild, real wellness and entertainment infrastructure, and enough space and toys to run a complex charter – corporate or private – on one platform. If your brief is “large group, high privacy, everything onboard”, DREAM actually ticks the boxes instead of just enlarging the brochure renderings.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like DREAM, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€500,000 - €800,000), making the charter cost €2,500,000 to €2,800,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Crew
Captain: Stylianos Grigoropoulos
Stelios drives DREAM with the calm precision of a man who has already crossed most of the map twice, so your route feels sharp, safe, and dialed into the best water instead of just the closest port. He reads guests and weather the same way—fast—then quietly rigs the day so you get maximum play with minimum friction.
- Greek captain, graduate of the Marine Academy (2003)
- First command on 120m passenger and high-speed ferries by age 31
- Ocean passages across the Mediterranean, Black, Baltic, North Seas, Atlantic and Pacific
- Superyacht captain for the last 12 years
Cyril runs the galley like a focused campaign, dropping plates that are tight, clean, and tuned to the mood on deck—light when you’re chasing toys, precise and layered when the night slows and the table becomes the show. He knows how to cook for people who are used to the best and still surprise them.
- French chef with 28 years of professional culinary experience
- Background in luxury hotels and Michelin-starred restaurant L’Argilly
- In yachting since 2006 on large sailing and motor superyachts
- Former Head Chef to the Royal Family of Dubai; joined DREAM in May 2022
Hanna runs the interior like a quiet control tower, locking in service flows, timing, and small details so the yacht feels smooth, polished, and personal instead of busy. She maps each group fast and then tunes the crew around you, not the other way around.
- Ukrainian nationality with 14 years of yachting experience
- Service record across both sailing superyachts and motor yachts
- Experience as stewardess/waitress and chief stewardess
- Chief Stewardess on DREAM since 2018
Alexandros keeps DREAM’s machinery tight and invisible, so you get quiet power, steady air, and clean timing without ever thinking about what’s spinning below deck. He treats every system as critical, which is why the big ship moves like a well-tuned smaller one.
- Greek chief engineer, trained at Merchant Navy school
- Over 25 years of experience at sea on multiple vessel types
- Leads technical operations in close coordination with all departments
- Comprehensive knowledge of DREAM’s engine room and onboard systems
