Beach club, actually usable. CONDOR A is a 139ft Tecnomar motor yacht built in 2009 and refit in 2024, with a private beach club and a large swimming platform so getting in and out of the sea feels like a plan, not a production.
Stable days onboard. At-anchor stabilizers take the edge off life at rest, and full air conditioning keeps the inside comfortable when you want to reset. Short nap. Back outside.
Water time is sorted. Two tenders (including a 4.95m Grand G500) make shuttles and exploring easy, and the toy box covers the basics properly: waterskis, SUP, kayak, inflatable towable/sofa, plus snorkelling gear for 10 and two sets of scuba diving equipment.
10 guests, five cabins. She sleeps 10 in 5 suites, led by a full-beam master with a king bed and his-and-hers en-suites, plus two doubles and two twins.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like CONDOR A, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€25,000 - €40,000), making the charter cost €125,000 to €140,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
