Start with the headline glitch: CARMEN is a brand‑new 2025 Tansu‑designed explorer yacht with a foredeck Jacuzzi and a toy garage that reads like a watersports store: 2 jet skis, 2 Seabobs, e‑foil/foilboards, paddleboards, wakeboards, kayak, Williams 565 jet tender and a stack of sports gear from basketball hoop to table tennis and cornhole. Translation: this is not a “let’s just look at the sea” boat.
Beach house meets battle cruiser. The 37.3m hull wears an angular, military‑style exterior, but inside it’s all open‑plan, beach‑house living: big windows, relaxed modern finishes and social spaces that actually work for 10 humans, not just a photoshoot. Outside, wide decks handle the split personality brief: sunpads and Jacuzzi up front, games and toys aft, shaded dining where people linger instead of “doing a quick bite”.
Cabins built for adults, not compromises. CARMEN sleeps 10 guests in 5 cabins, headlined by a full‑beam main‑deck master with his‑and‑hers en suite. Below are 2 double cabins and 2 twin/convertible cabins, all en‑suite, all with TVs and decent storage. It’s set up so five couples or a mixed family group can share without anyone drawing the short straw.
Hardware built for real cruising. Steel hull, aluminium superstructure, stabilizers at anchor and underway, full air‑conditioning and strong connectivity (Starlink + 4G/5G where available). She runs at around 13 knots on twin MANs, so you get proper range and comfort instead of roulette with swell and glassware.
Crew and calories are covered. A 7‑person Croatian‑led crew runs the operation, including a chef who’s already won a charter‑show cooking competition and a stewardess-masseuse for the “I went on charter and came back less stressed” outcome. The brief is simple: tailored itineraries, serious food, slick service, and watersports handled without chaos.
Why charter CARMEN instead of the next 37m on your screen: because she’s 2025‑fresh, has a main‑deck master, a proper foredeck Jacuzzi, stabilizers, a top‑tier toy list and a crew profile that reads like people you’d actually trust with your holiday. If your idea of a charter is “active days, grown‑up comfort, and no one stuck in a bad cabin,” CARMEN fits the spec.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like CARMEN, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€32,500 - €52,000), making the charter cost €162,500 to €182,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
