Broker: She also had Paris Hilton as a guest. High quality of service. Yeah, and she's beautiful. We are on ALTEYA. She's a 70-foot Sunreef Power Catamaran. She takes eight guests and has five crew, which is fantastic, because when having dinner means you have two stews, so there's a little bit more care. Normally, a 70-foot power cat would have four crew.
One of the great things about a private yacht charter is that you have your own boat, so it is like your own private resort. You have five people looking after you, you have your own professional captain who knows these seas exceptionally well, you have a private chef, and there's no one around. You can go anywhere that's private.
Captain: As I said, it depends what they like. If they like privacy, I can even switch off the AIS system so nobody can follow us. Let's say when Paris Hilton has been on board, it was secret for everybody. Nobody knew that she was here. Actually, in the news came the news that she has been on board of ALTEYA after she already left. Yes. So nobody understood that she's in Greece.
Broker: Yeah, so it's important for you guys that you maintain that privacy for guests.
Captain: That's the first rule for us.
Broker: I think the Sun Reefs are unique because they are a catamaran, they are power, but I think they're much more like a luxury motor yacht. No, than the Mercedes and the yachts.
Captain: The Mercedes and the yachts, yeah.
Broker: Very nice, very nice. Yeah, the Mercedes are definitely of the catamarans. It's the same space, the same outdoor space as you would on maybe like a 100-foot motor yacht, would you say? With the outdoor space, it's more or less the same. Master cabin size is unbelievable, and that's the unique thing about Sun Reefs as well. Sun Reefs are almost, the owner designs everything completely uniquely. They have access to most materials, and therefore most Sun Reefs are unique to each other, whereas a lot of catamarans are like a factory mold. The Sun Reefs are kind of completely unique. This is the master cabin, and something I think is really unique about, well, the Sun Reefs, but particularly ALTEYA, is that this is a very low bed for a catamaran. So they've made a, I mean, you tell me, Captain, the hull is a little bit wider here in order to be able to accommodate it more.
Captain: No, there are boats with such a size, but the bed is higher. Yes, this is because of the shape of the hull, because it's not that nice to sleep on such a high, and the roof is 50 cm on top of you. What we're talking, if you're in a nightmare and wake up, and that's...
Broker: And this is really a lot of space for, I mean, it's really a sensational amount of space, and it's a common thing that clients have concern about, you know, on a lot of the catamarans, the bed is this high. I mean, it's really a lot higher. These mirrors here, which are a sort of glass panel, but there's a magic trick to these ones as well, so they fill in so that if you want to have more privacy.
Captain: You know, what is the best? When you go to the resort, usually you're enjoying swimming pool, you're enjoying some toys, whatever they're providing. But here, when the people come at the first day, I am asking them, what do you like to do? And they're doing what they like to do. We are providing what they like. If they like privacy, okay, we're going to more wild beaches where there's nobody around. Let's say Aistry is very close here. The city is on the north part. We're going to the south part, so there's nobody there, maybe few boats. If they like crazy places, if they like to party, we're bringing them there. If they like to go to some beautiful city, okay, Poros. So whatever they like to do, we're providing.
Broker: Nice. And so you use the preference sheet to try and figure out what people want to do?
Captain: Not only preference sheet is in the beginning, but when they come, I start talking with them and I understand what they like to do.
Broker: Okay, and you're really listening, trying to, and the whole crew, you're trying to figure out what little differences you can make?
Captain: Also, I'm making my small investigation for the people because when some celebrities, as you said, are coming, I make investigation what they like to do, what are their preferences, something what is not written in the sheet. So I'm trying to figure it out and to do the best for them, and really they always remain satisfied.
Broker: Nice. And so you try and figure it out before they understand what they know? You're giving them what they need before they know?
Captain: Two, three moves before them.
Broker: Nice. I love it. Fantastic. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And you like attention to detail, you were saying to me before?
Captain: Always the small things are the most important. Every day we're doing different atmosphere. Today we're going to put the light here, tomorrow we'll be there. So we are trying to show to the people that, to make them feel they're on different boat every day.
Broker: I want to show you something. This is, it's not exactly a Peloton, but it's the same style. So you can program it, you can track yourself, and you can essentially ride off into the ocean. So it's a really beautiful feature. I think it's very high-quality kit. And around the corner here as well, you see you've got a whole range of dumbbells, straps, different gym kit that you might need to be able to do a really proper workout. So that's something you're finding more and more on the yachts, but sometimes it's a bit throwaway, and I think this is really, really proper kit to enjoy a proper workout while you're on charter. So another fantastic feature about ALTEYA is that she has a jet ski, which is extremely unique on catamarans in general. I'd say out of all of the many, many hundreds of catamarans for charter in the world, you're talking maybe less than 10 that can offer a jet ski on board, so it really is a rare feature. And that's typically because they don't have the space that a motor yacht has, you know, usually a motor yacht will be required with a garage in order to have space to have a jet ski. But not ALTEYA, she has a jet ski and she's available for use in Greece this summer for you.

Okay, so you guys, so it's good for the chef and the stewardess to be that, that always works really well, especially for the service and the timing. It was very important. Yeah, and it works well. Yes, absolutely. That's what we're trying to do for our clients is to not only match the boat, but also get to know the crew, so because you have to spend a whole week with each other. Yeah, so it's the perfect match of the crew is super important. Nice, very good. How are you doing today?
>> I'm very good. How are you? Yeah, unfortunately a little bit of wind, but yeah, most, some of the birds have left, unfortunately. Oh, tomorrow. Oh, yeah, you have to go on, uh.
>> It's nice to see how the boats can adapt with the wind shades and everything like this one here, you know, don't, don't really feel it. So, so this one is the galley and this one is engine room or crew cabin.

And you also do some yoga on board?
>> Yoga, we don't have any instructor, yoga instructor. Yeah, if someone like to do that, they'll know how to do it. There is the space, the space is there and, uh, yoga mats are there as well. Okay, nice.
>> Especially for the sunset, that guest is the best repair to sit down here and look in the sunset and something else. Yeah, beautiful. Yeah. And how long have you been on board?
Captain: It's my first season. Yeah, but I have experience with the sailing boats. I know you're from, from back in here a couple of years ago. Yeah, I remember you as well. Yes. Okay, Lisa, so you know the Greek watches very well. Wonderful. Uh-huh.
>> So it's a large tender. Yeah, 100 horsepower.
Captain: 100 horsepower, Golden Line. Yeah, yeah, so we have everything, two paddle boards, wakeboards, key to sea bobs. Yeah, we have a garage here. Storage is very nice. We have a lot of toys. So this, this platform goes down to lower the tender in the water. Yes, and then the guests can use it as a swim platform. Yeah, exactly. Maybe they can have some cocktails while they're swimming. Yeah, sometimes. Yeah, yeah. And do you have any fishing equipment? Yes, we have a, but with 12, 30 knot speed, low speed is a little bit too fast. Yeah, and there's not so much marlin in the Mediterranean. Look at the rails, one meter, extremely high. Yeah, yeah, this is the highest, the highest safety way. Yeah. Oh, safety first.
>> Go equipment. And about the sea attainment, we have many, many different things. We have a jet ski, we have a flyboard. Okay, and this is the spot. Yeah, the smaller one. Yeah, yeah.
>> So the good news is that, uh, this summer Barbara explained us that there is a way to the guests who like to use them to make a quickly, quickly learning to take the license for this or the personal watercraft license. Yeah, okay. And is that, you know, if that's something they can do online or they can do with you guys when they're here?
Captain: Barbara and those details because they didn't explain exactly what we have to do. I will reach out to, reach out to her and then this summer we have a solution about, uh, okay, yeah.

Captain: 200 liters per hour, 300 liters an hour in this speed. Okay, if we're going, but max speed is 20, 22 knots. Yeah, we're going in double. Yeah, double the fuel. Yeah, but if we consider it for the space and the length of the boat, it's still nothing compared to some motor yachts. Yeah, so very, very economic. Yeah, we have two generators. They consume a five liter per hour each. Okay, and with that you can have full air conditioning day and night. Yeah, yeah, yeah, everything is needed. Yes, yes, in the summer time, in the summer time, absolutely. Yeah. Okay, and water maker, how many liters an hour do you make?
>> Water makers. Okay, 20, 200 liters each per hour. Okay, so 400 liters per hour. It's perfect. That's a lot. Yeah. Okay, perfect. Yeah, then you can have enough water for everything, showering.
