File this under “not your average gulet”: ALESSANDRO 1 is a 40m, award‑winning gulet with a foredeck jacuzzi big enough to make every other yacht’s “spa corner” look like a foot bath. The entire forward area is built as a lounging and hot‑tub zone, so sunset drinks, late‑night stargazing and “we’re not going back to the hotel” moments all happen in one place.
Built to host actual humans, not just a brochure photo shoot. Up to 10 guests sleep in 5 proper cabins: a full‑beam master, three doubles and a generous twin, all with ensuite bathrooms, air‑conditioning, minibars and media systems. Translation: everyone gets a real room, nobody gets punished with the “kids’ bunker,” and the crew (6 of them) live in a completely separate area so service is present, not intrusive.
Outside is where ALESSANDRO 1 flexes. You get a large aft deck dining area that comfortably runs long, late meals, plus serious sunbathing real estate on both the foredeck and fly deck. A hydraulic swim platform drops you straight into the water instead of making you climb down a wobbly ladder while pretending not to be terrified.
For guests who don’t sit still: the water toy list is basically a floating beach club: jet‑ski, SeaDoo sea scooter, waterskis (adult and kids), wakeboard, monoski, kneeboard, towables (banana, ringo, Crazy Shark), SUP board, snorkelling and fishing gear. Add a fast 5.2m rib with 100hp and you’re not exactly short of reasons to get off the sunpad.

Accommodation
All cabins are equipped with air conditioning, Music system, LCD and Minibar. All cabins are situated on the lower deck.The Master Cabin is full beam (forward) and has plenty of storage space, wardrobes, and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub.
All three guests double cabins have queen-sized beds, wardrobes and ensuites.
The twin cabin is big enough for either two adults or children and is situated next to the Master Cabin, also with ensuite bathroom.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailboat like ALESSANDRO 1, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€7,800 - €15,600), making the charter cost €59,800 to €67,600. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
