Start with the core upgrade: ABILITY is a 41m Codecasa that’s been hard‑reset in 2023 – black hull, fresh interiors, upgraded tech – built to move fast and look sharp doing it. If you want a charter yacht that actually gets places at 20+ knots instead of just hovering at 10, this is where you stop scrolling.
Speed plus shallow draft is the real trick. Three MTU engines, a planing aluminium hull and a low ~1.4m draft mean ABILITY does two things most yachts in her size bracket don’t: she moves quickly (cruising around 21 knots, up to the high 20s) and slides into shallow bays and coves that slower, deeper boats can’t touch. Translation: more time in the water, less time watching the coastline crawl past.
Guest setup: business-class, not bus‑load. Up to 11 guests sleep in 5 ensuite cabins on the lower deck: a full‑beam master, VIP, additional double, a twin with Pullman, and an office that converts to a proper double cabin. It’s a flexible layout that works whether you’re a family, two families, or a friends‑plus‑plus configuration, without anyone drawing the “weird” cabin.
Onboard life is simple: step outside, hit water, repeat. Large outdoor decks cover the basics properly – sunpads, alfresco dining, and an easy swim platform that turns into your launchpad for toys. The toy list isn’t theoretical either: Jet Ski, Seabob F5S, wakeboard, kayak, paddleboards, towables, adult and kids’ waterskis – backed by a 4.6–5m jet tender to shuttle you in and out of shore without drama.
When you finally come back inside: you get full air‑conditioning, Wi‑Fi, Samsung QLED smart TVs in all the right places (salon, master, VIP, doubles, twin), streaming (Netflix, Cosmote TV) and a Yamaha subwoofer / wireless system so movie night and playlist wars actually sound like something.
Why charter ABILITY instead of another 40‑metre white blob: because this one combines a recent refit, genuine high‑speed capability, shallow‑water access and a very toy‑heavy setup for only 11 guests, all run by an 8‑person crew led by a career captain. In practice, that means you cover more coastline, hit more anchorages and spend more time doing things, not just sitting on a nice sofa talking about them.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like ABILITY, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€27,500 - €44,000), making the charter cost €137,500 to €154,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
