Introduced by DMA Yachting, the astonishing charter yacht STELLA FIERA is a 119 ft motor yacht featuring a hot tub. The main attractions of STELLA FIERA are her well-chosen interiors and experienced crew. STELLA FIERA spends the summer season in Greece. She was delivered by the renowned boatbuilder Benetti in 1998. An elegant refit was finalized in 2021. The ingenious yacht layout features 5 large cabins and easily accommodates a group of 10 guests.
STELLA FIERA is classified as a superyacht. The roomy aft deck, is right next to the attractive and sleek main salon. The main saloon is a well-design space to spend time when the weather is not ideal and enables a number of media entertainment options. 5 elegant cabins are thoughtfully spread out to allow for comfortable access and private setting.

STELLA FIERA is a commercial yacht with a foreign flag. It means no VAT is due in Turkey. She can pick up the guests in Turkey, and on the same day of embarkation the yacht with the guests must clear out of Turkey and clear in the nearby foreign country, which is Greece. For example, Greek Rhodes, Symi, or Kos islands are the closest one for this procedure. The yacht can then come back to Turkey right away for the rest of the charter. Please, note there are some clearance fees to be paid by the charterer. There may be some Greek VAT applied for the time period, when the yacht visits Greece to clear out of Turkey. If that’s the case, VAT will be deducted from the APA. Disembarkation in Turkey is possible without a need to go to Greece again. Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like STELLA FIERA, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€27,500 - €44,000), making the charter cost €137,500 to €154,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
