Pandion Pearl Yacht Description
-
Intimate beach club with jacuzzi pool:
Chic, waterside spot perfect for family fun and relaxing moments with panoramic sea views. -
Extensive water toys including 1 Jet Ski and 3 premium Seabobs:
Offers thrilling water sports adventures for guests of all ages, a real charter highlight. -
147 sqm Master Suite spanning three decks with private pool:
Ultimate luxury and privacy for romantic escapes or special family celebrations onboard.
Start with the system override: PANDION PEARL takes the idea of a “master cabin” and deletes it. Instead you get a 147m², triple‑deck owner’s apartment with its own private pool, indoor and outdoor lounges, and direct access to multiple decks. If you want a real flagship suite rather than “the slightly bigger cabin forward,” this is the one.
Then there’s the hardware for actually using the ocean, not just looking at it. A full beach club doubles as toy garage and launchpad for a serious kit list: two Williams tenders, Seadoo GTX 300, 3 x Seabobs, Fliteboards, inflatable pool, pyramid slide, trampoline, blob and floating pontoons on top of the usual skis, wakeboards, kayaks and SUPs. Translation: if anyone on board says they’re bored, that’s user error.
Now zoom out: she’s a 2021, 44.5m all‑aluminium Sanlorenzo with a wide 9m beam, sleeping up to 12 guests in 5 suites (including two proper VIPs), spread over four decks of clean, modern Studio A.S.H interiors with floor‑to‑ceiling glass. Stabilizers at anchor and underway, full AC and Wi‑Fi mean you get the big‑yacht comfort layer without drama.
The use case: you want a recent build with a genuinely innovative layout, a master setup that feels like a penthouse, serious watersports capability, and a crew of nine led by an experienced charter captain whose full‑time job is making sure your week runs like a controlled experiment in leisure. If you’re comparing similar‑size yachts, PANDION PEARL is the one where the owner’s space and the toy list break the curve.

A further four cabins are located on the lower deck, including two VIPs with double beds, and two twins with an additional pullman bed in each.
On the lower deck, she features a wonderful beach club with comfortable sunbeds, which also serves as the yacht’s incredible tender and toy garage. The impressive collection includes two Williams tenders, a jet ski, three Seabobs, a fliteboard, water skis, wake board, kayaks, paddleboards, a swimming pool, inflatable pyramid with slide, a trampoline and three floating pontoons for endless amounts of fun on the water.
Heading up to the main deck cockpit aft, guests will find a lounge area with plenty of seating, leading through to the bright and open main salon which features a well-stocked bar, stylish seating and a satellite TV for entertainment. The galley and first floor of the Master cabin are also accessible from the main deck.
On the upper deck aft, there is a gorgeous alfresco dining and entertaining area with an additional sofa, leading inside to a formal dining area when guests wish to dine indoors. The wheelhouse is located amidship and forward of this, guests will find a well-equipped gym area, which leads out to the impressive jacuzzi-pool and lounge area.
Last but not least is the sun deck, where guests can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the ocean and shoreline. There are generous sun pads aft, with a shaded dining and bar area amidship and further sunbeds on the foredeck.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like Pandion Pearl, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€56,250 - €90,000), making the charter cost €281,250 to €315,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Reviews
Principal and his family had a most wonderful time on Pandion Pearl – he said the trip was just amazing, and that you and your crew did a great job. Thank you so much; everything was so well organised, and it was a pleasure to work with you (and you too, Tina!).
Hope to have the good fortune of another charter with Pandion Pearl someday soon.
