First, the headline fact: FATSA is a 2021 Sanlorenzo SD96 that turns the whole upper deck into one big indoor–outdoor loft. The sky lounge side wall and aft doors don’t just “open a bit” – they slide and fold away so you get a full‑beam, open‑air living space instead of a closed salon with a token balcony.
Second, the power move: the Master suite is on the main deck, not buried below. If you’re the one signing the APA, you walk straight from main deck lounge into your cabin, no stairs, full‑beam feel, big windows, en‑suite. Everyone else goes downstairs. As it should be.
Real use-case, not brochure theory: up to 10–11 guests sleep in 5 en‑suite cabins, backed by zero‑drama stabilisers (at anchor and underway), full air‑con and proper Wi‑Fi. Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like FATSA, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€21,250 - €34,000), making the charter cost €106,250 to €119,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
