Represented by DMA Yachting, the majestic charter yacht GRACE is a 65 ft motor yacht featuring a jetski. The highlights of GRACE are her most appealing features and interconnection with the sea. GRACE spends the summer and winter season in Greece. She was completed by the well-known ship builder Azimut in 2008. A well-done refit was completed in 2022. The well-planned yacht layout features 3 large cabins and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.
GRACE is classified as a superyacht. The key part of the boat -generously sized aft deck, continues to the meticulously composed main saloon. The main saloon is a friendly space with an abundance of seating areas and enables a number of media entertainment options. 3 elegant cabins are laid out for maximum privacy and comfort.

WEEKLY CHARTERS:

* 35-40% APA to be added to all Weekly Charters Above (35-40% of Charter Hire net of VAT). The Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) is designed to cover the operating expenses of a charter such as, fuel (for the yacht, her tenders and motorized water toys), food, drinks, land services, electronic communications, canal fees, harbor dues, local taxes and marina fees outside Greek waters, or private marinas.
* APA is prepaid by the client to the Yacht representative prior to the start of the charter. The yacht will be fully fueled and provisioned when the clients step on board. If, during the charter, the expenditure exceeds the sum already paid, additional cash funds will be required at once. All outstanding bills should be settled in cash before final disembarkation. Of course, any remaining credit balance at the end of the charter will be reimbursed to the client in full. Should the refund be done via bank transfer any bank charges will be deducted from the APA amount.
DAILY CHARTERS:
Extra Season: Starting from 3.550 Euros from September 21 to October 31
Low Season: Starting from 3.915 Euros from April 1 to June 15 & from September 1 to September 20
High Season: Starting from 4.350 Euros from June 16 to August 31
* Explanation of the VAT of 24 % for weekly charters
VAT 24% full Greek charter rate – Applies to charters that take place in Greek waters without exiting to non-EU or International waters (Staying within the 6 nautical miles limit for the Argo Saronic and 12% for Cycladic waters ). VAT 24% - With a deduction option for time spent outside of EU waters or in international waters. This will take into consideration all chartered days in an accounting year. Concerning Mykonos Discounted at 50% (VAT 12%), this will be for yachts that spend a minimum of 60% of charter time / days outside of territorial waters. (Territorial waters are considered: 12 nautical miles from the mainland and 12 nautical miles from the territorial waters of an island. Any destination from Mykonos Island to nearby Cycladic islands is not considered as cruising within international waters according to the Greek law as the distances required are not met due to the configuration and position of each island during a cruise to our final destination within the Cyclades.
Should the Charter fail to fulfill the conditions for VAT discount application or should any changes in applicable tax legislation take place after the issuance of the charter agreement, that result in change of final charter VAT and hence of total amount(s) due, then the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer. VAT legislation and the resulting VAT rates and conditions applicable are subject to change without prior notice, at no responsibility of the Broker, Stakeholder or Owner.
As stipulated by Greek Law, Value Added Tax is collected by the Owner at the expense of the Charterer. The Charterer shall at all times be liable to pay for the VAT amount applicable by Law at the time the charter is executed.
