Start with the good stuff: PROJECT X gives you a 7.5m glass‑sided pool flowing straight into a full beach club, two Jacuzzis (including a private one on the owner’s deck), and a triple‑height glass atrium with an elevator running through it like a sci‑fi spinal cord. This is not “a nice boat”; this is a floating architecture experiment that someone accidentally made extremely comfortable.
Built in 2022 and sleeping up to 12 guests in 9 cabins, PROJECT X is designed so you don’t have to choose between wellness, work and wasting time. There’s a full spa with Hammam, Finnish sauna, beauty salon and juice bar, plus a 360‑degree sundeck gym that quietly shames most land-based fitness clubs. Need to turn playtime into board time? There’s an onboard conference setup so you can run a meeting, step into the elevator, and be in the pool about 90 seconds later.
The interior by Massari Design is unapologetically high-spec: marble, leather, curated artwork and huge glass panels that slide away to make the main deck feel more like a pavilion than a yacht. The owner’s deck is its own zone with a private pool and terrace, and the remaining suites flex between doubles and larger configurations so you can bring a mixed group without anyone drawing the short straw.
Outside, cascading aft decks give you layered spaces: pool and cinema at water level, bars and lounges as you climb, and a helipad on top because of course there’s a helipad. Underneath it all sits a steel hull, at‑anchor stabilizers and a range built for long hops without the fuel‑stop shuffle.
The toy inventory reads like someone filtered “yes” on everything: multiple tenders including limo boats, SeaDoos, seabobs, e‑foils / flyboard, waterslide, kayaks (including transparent ones), paddleboards, towables, bikes (road, mountain and electric) and a full beach setup. Translation: if someone is bored on PROJECT X, it’s a user issue, not a platform limitation.
