Start with the obvious hack: that huge sundeck with a Jacuzzi and bar. XANA’s top deck is basically the ship’s operating system for adults — open-air lounging, shaded dining, drinks on tap, and a hot tub with a front-row seat to whatever horizon you’ve decided to own that day. Stabilizers at anchor and underway keep the whole scene level, so your martini and your camera both stay upright.

Next payload: the rebuild. XANA isn’t just “refitted”; she went through a 36‑month reconstruction that got her a World Superyacht Awards 2022 rebuild nomination. Hull extended, decks opened up, new garage, new stabilizers, new thrusters, overhauled engines and generators, all guest spaces rebuilt by AMK Architecture & Design. Translation: classic Codecasa steel platform, modern charter-focused hardware and layout.

Now the living module: 6 cabins, 12 guests, full‑beam master with its own ecosystem. The main‑deck master adds a separate office, walk‑in closet, and a spa-style bathroom with tub and massage/steam/sauna shower. Add an upper‑deck VIP with views, two lower‑deck doubles and two twins (one convertible, both with Pullmans) and you’ve got a flexible, family‑and‑friends layout instead of a guessing game.

Water side: serious toy inventory, serious access. Two 5.7 m Aegean tenders, a SeaDoo jet ski, twin Seabobs, adult and kids’ skis, wakeboards, kneeboard, paddleboards, pedal board, canoes, towables, floating platform, plus snorkelling and fishing gear. The enlarged stern garage and generous swim platform mean you’re not queuing on a tiny ladder while someone looks for a missing fin.

Under the skin: comfort and range, not just noise and spray. Twin MTUs push her to around 18–20 knots, with a comfortable 15‑knot cruise and long‑range tanks. Steel hull, aluminium superstructure and zero‑speed stabilizers keep motion under control. Full air‑conditioning, upgraded AV with Sat TV, Wi‑Fi and underwater lights tidy up the “off‑water” part of the day.

Price Terms

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a motor yacht like XANA, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€37,500 - €60,000), making the charter cost €187,500 to €210,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
