I was really impressed by Pearly Gates. There are plenty of good power cats out there, but this one feels like it was designed by someone who actually understands how people want to live on a yacht. The layout just works—spacious interior, shaded flybridge with a proper hardtop bimini, sunbeds, and an outdoor grill. Up front, you’ve got trampolines plus more lounging space, and a deck shower makes it easy to rinse off after a swim.
It is also worth taking note of the water sports setup. The deckhand, Mr. Gogas, isn’t just there to hand you a paddleboard—he’s a trained watersports instructor with real experience in kitesurfing, SUP, sea kayaking, and more. Add a strong toy selection and a surprisingly reasonable price tag, and you’re getting a lot of yacht and accessories for your money. I would definitely recommend this one.

PEARLY GATES is a modern Lagoon 630 Power Catamaran built in 2016, which is offered with 3 crew members (Skipper, Hostess & Cook) for maximum 8 guests. This yacht combines the requirements of offshore cruising with the high standards of a luxury motor yacht. She provides a hardtop bimini with sunbed cushions on the flybridge. She has an elegant interior with spacious salon/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen and can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 double en-suite cabins with queen size beds. Her 2 aft cabins offer easy access from the outside and provide more privacy. There is a wide variety of water toys available for the guests, including a Tender 4,60m with 60hp engine, water ski, wakeboard, 2 x SUP, towing tube, kayak, seabob, snorkeling equipment.
PEARLY GATES is basically a floating beach club with range. The 64ft Lagoon power cat platform gives you wide, stable decks, a big swim platform and an upper flybridge that’s built for living outside: hardtop shade, sunpads, and enough space for everyone to actually spread out instead of stack up.
The “why this boat” is simple: 8 guests get 4 double en‑suite cabins (including a full‑beam master and unusually large aft cabins with direct exterior access), all in a 2016 build that’s been refit in 2024, run by a tight 3‑person crew who do this full time. Comfort per guest is high; crowding is not part of the program.
Water toys are not an afterthought: fast 4.6m tender with 80hp, Seabob, sea scooter, wakeboard, adult skis, towable tube, SUPs, kayak and snorkel gear. Translation: you’re not just looking at the water, you’re using it all day. Add the big swim platform and it feels more like your own micro‑resort than a “boat ride.”
Onboard living is “run the AC and forget about it” level. Full air‑conditioning, generator, watermaker, Wi‑Fi, proper galley, BBQ, indoor/outdoor audio and a salon that’s actually usable underway. PEARLY GATES is built to sit comfortably on anchor for days without feeling like camping.
Finally, the crew is the operating system. A professional captain who actually builds smart itineraries, a chef/hostess who handles real menus (not sandwich duty), and a deckhand/host who keeps service and toys running in the background. You’re not learning the boat; you’re just using it.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a power catamaran like Pearly Gates, the expected APA is 20% to 35% of the charter price (€4,400 - €7,700), making the charter cost €26,400 to €29,700. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
