ALMOSTA ROAD Yacht Description
Presented by DMA Yachting, the majestic charter yacht ALMOSTA ROAD is a 55 ft sailing catamaran. The main attractions of ALMOSTA ROAD are her absolute comfort and alfresco dining areas. ALMOSTA ROAD spends the summer season in Greece. She was delivered by the famous yacht builder Lagoon in 2025. The expansive yacht layout features 4 large cabins and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
ALMOSTA ROAD is offered primarily as a sailing catamaran. The central space of the yacht is the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck features a variety of seating areas and that's where the guests spend most of their time. The tastefully decorated cabins are located in the 2 massive hulls. The cabins are located below the main saloon, connected by stairs (inquire about handicapped access). Multiple portholes add to the feeling of connection with the discovered environment.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailing catamaran like ALMOSTA ROAD, the expected APA is 20% to 35% of the charter price (€4,200 - €7,350), making the charter cost €25,200 to €28,350. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Captain: Jake Navarro
Captain Jake:
Born and raised in London, UK. The outdoors and adventure was always at the forefront of Jake's mind when it came to doing anything with his time, which was the reason for Jake's interest in working as a landscape Gardener for several years. Here Jake acquired the necessary experience and balance in hard labour, using his hands, operating heavy machinery as well as keeping a keen eye for detail. It wasn't until his early 20's Jake started to pick up sailing on the south coast of England and discovered a whole new world on the water which he fell in love with.
In 2018, he obtained his Yacht Master Offshore in the UK which was the start of his professional role in the industry as a Yacht Captain. Jake has since had a huge amount of experience working on charter yachts all over the Mediterranean, Caribbean, French Polynesia and UK. Also, filled the roles as Lead Skipper and Route Manager for flotilla companies in various destinations. At the start and end of seasons, Jake would be keeping himself on the water working frequently as a yacht delivery skipper.
In his free time, between charter seasons, Jake will always make sure he has something planned for the outdoors. From riding motorcycle enduro in the mountains in Europe, to jumping straight back into his old football team in his home town, Jake always wants to stay active. He spends the rest of his spare time participating in water sports, diving, tennis and some travelling.
Chef Eleanor:
Growing up in the English countryside with a family background in farming, Eleanor developed a love for fresh and seasonal produce, as well as the simple joy of bringing people together over good food from an early age.
She has always had a passion for cooking, and realised after graduating university (with a creative degree in a totally different field) that she could combine her love of travel and food into an incredible career on the water.
During her time in South East Asia, Eleanor took part in various local cooking classes to experience the authentic ways in which chefs created their incredible dishes. Extending her travels soon after, Eleanor moved to Australia for 8 months - her ideal way of escaping the British winter - and worked on board a privately owned motor yacht, delivering bespoke meals, creative menus and memorable moments for guests.
Eleanor’s passion for incorporating locally sourced and high quality ingredients sees her create nutritious and vibrant dishes, full of flavour and inspired by her surroundings. She looks forward to welcoming you on board Almosta Road!

Reviews
Our family had a dreamy week. Jake and Mollie were the most wonderful host, catering to our every need in the most comfortable, gracious manner. The boat accommodated us all so comfortably and was perfectly appointed so that we could take full advantage of relaxing among the natural beauty around us. We were so well taken care of from start to finish, from our fabulous itinerary, our sails, our excursions, and the amazing food and drinks, it was a week we will never forget.
We are already thinking of when we get back on board with you!
